If i happen to buy two tickets in the fever zone for Sunday's game, is there any chance that I will be in someones seat?  Season tickets do not count in playoff games right?

Season passes mean nothing in the playoffs - you have 100% rights to the seats printed on your tickets. Whoever sat in those seats during the regular season is irrelevant. If they want their usual seat, they'll have to ask you nicely

From the sounds of what people have said its just another f**k up from our friends at ticketek.

Although I don't normally defend Tiketek the woman in the Tiketek (Holiday Shoppe)  in Porirua was awesome, sorted out our seats no problem, was giving out bumper stickers  and  telling everyone who came in that we are going to win and they should be there to see it.

I've used them as well - service is always great.

Been there a few years - before the Nix's time.

I always go there too if I need anything via ticketek. Think its called Harvey World Travel now , for anyone who doesn't know its upstairs under the canopy's out the back of the mall) She is good and there is never a queue.
Never got bumper stickers though.....saying that don't think I have enough room on my car for another sticker

Oceanic6 - mine did that if I used the number in the email. Just use the member number off the back of your pass and it's all good. alpha2010-02-22 09:58:21

Yep. We have four. Only one works. The other three are useless. I tried replying to the email address from the Nix, but it doesn't receive emails.

Overall, the ticketing approach is incredibly sh*t. We were right on the edges of the zone yesterday and didn't see any of the usual comrades we stand with, apart from waving at Harry who was miles away.

And for the first half, several of the people around us were sitting. No singing. And mutters when we tried to join in with any song with profanities. They seemed to loosen up in the second half.

Except if you bought a family pass, you all have the same number - the email says we can buy 16 tickets.

I don't want to buy 16 tickets, I just wanted to try putting loads of tickets in my basket until I could at least get offered some yellow fever tickets that are actually in the yellow fever zone.

It's like the website is filling the zone from outside in and with the extended parameters of the zone, that means basically playing dice with the zone selling out (buying late) or being with non-zone people (buying early).

Yeah so those who actually want to get in early and be in the FZ end up on the outside. Terrible. I try putting multiple in,but cant purchase more than 4 at a time, and it seems intent on giving me 2 seperate locations at opposite ends of the FZ.

Can someone please tell me how to buy tickets in the zone? ie. Which aisle(s) and seats am I going to look for?

Also, how does the lettering of the rows work? What is the front row and what is the very back row? Which rows are regarded as "covered"?

They had staffing issues there this morning "due to titahi bay fires".....was closed at 9.30 but open by 10.00

no queue and got my usual seats plus 1 - PAX 700

Guess they didn't have time to train up the replacement new world staff but was she was very helpful...
