#InTheZone V82 is out at www.yellowfever.co.nz/podcasts.

The Hyundai A-League is back so the pod takes a look back atWellington Phoenix FC's opening round loss to Brisbane Roar FC and prepares for the first road trip to Western Sydney Wanderers FC. In international football, the All Whites begin their North America tour with two draws, and U17s coach Darren Bazeley joins the pod down the line to talk about their World Cup campaign.

2ndBest, have you listened to the 442 one this week? God it just gets worse.

Listening to it now. I don't think they do any post-production on it because I'm pretty sure they hold up their phone with the interviews on it to the mic. Very odd.

They need more than 2 people too.

I listened to the Yellow Army/CCM podcast the other day. It was alright, pretty much one dude but gave some interesting insights into CCM fans. I liked it.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Anyone listen to ultimate a-league podcast? I haven't checked it out yet but wondered if it's worth it?

Had a listen today, not too bad but they are hopelessly wrong about a couple Nix related things. Apparently we have never beaten WSW (W.Ind's wonder goal any one?) and still missing our All Whites for this week.

Love how often someone claims Belgium as their dark horse.
Happening so often on twitter.

Often it's the EPL players who everyone identifies, but they also have fantastic depth in the next level down.

Dries Mertens is a beast winger for Napoli. Competing with Hazard, De Bruyne, Mirrallas, Chadli etc.

Throw in Courtois who IMO is better than Mignolet. Alderweireld, Vertonghen, vermaelen, Kompany & van Buyten all quality defenders and experienced.

Gonna put it out there, they are my dark horse ?

Perhaps it should have a guest who does ragamuffin styles? Like J82 or JV for example ...

Always thought a forum guest would be interesting and/or funny.

It was Termy that suggested it - the PE, ska, and hippity hoppity loving person that he is (I just graze on music through the ages and cultures - a bit of Gregorian plainsong here, a bit of Britney there, a smattering of the Tuff Gong and a smidgeon of Jelly Roll Morton)

Plus, I wouldn't be any good - you need to have someone who actually knows what they're talking about.  I'd be more like this guy...

Just wanted to say that I thought that Hicks tonight showed exactly what El Grap was saying on the podcast.

Think he played a lot wider against Brisbane and definitely tucked in a lot more in Sydney.

Did a lot of help for Caira.

They are 5th favourite for the WC with the bookies - I think the cat is well and truly out of the bag here in Europe

Some fairly outstanding analysis from Grap on the CONCACAF qualifying situation - you almost tipped a ridiculous set of results to see us qualify.

Didn't see the Brisbane game but agreed with Grap on Hicks after the weekend too.  I think we were playing a 4-3-3 really.  Hicks was one of the 3 tucking in but had the freedom to break forward and support from the left.

#InTheZone V83 is out at yellowfever.co.nz/podcasts.

On In The Zone this week, the pod reflects on Wellington Phoenix's first point after their 1-1 away draw with Western Sydney, and looks ahead to the Fever bus tour to Napier this weekend. In NZ football news, Mexico is confirmed, with thanks from the US, as the All Whites' play off opponents, the pod get the run down from Sergio Tristan, founder of Pancho Villa's Army, on what we can expect from Mexico, and the Young All Whites bounce back from their opening loss at the U17 World Cup.
