Sanchez gone at last. Never know what you will get from Ward though.

I hate how there's no mention of how ugly Sydney's corner tactics are. Who cares if they have more possession, they don't deserve to equal, let alone ahead when their attacks are the football equivalent of a battering ram.
Uh... what? They have been smashing us for most of the game and are unlucky to be a goal down. This is a robbers job.

Yeah, dont get me wrong, we've been minging, but it annoys me how they go on and on like, Sydney dominating yet somehow 1 down. If they're good enough to score they will, but they've been sh*te in attack.

How many times has Slater wrongly identified Phoenix players tonight? Clown.

You've got a point in that respects. I think Paston has had a high work rate though so it would suggest they are getting their shots but our keeper has been better.

Dont think Ifill rates Ward...headed off infield to take on 3 players rather than give him the ball back.

Brown lucky not to get a yellow. Manny has been a bit better the back end of this half and Ward has been hustling.

Interesting to see Ifill playing as the striker and Greenie dropping deeper.

Even though Carle looks like a gay Latino prostitute, I really do rate him this game. He's been right there for all the great balls that Emerton etc. have been sending forward. He just hasn't been able to pull the trigger.

Cazarine was great first half but seems to have gone sleepy-byes.

Because we've got away wins doing that, and Ricki doesn't fix things until they're irreperably broken.

Because we like being top of the 'balls into penalty area' stats, regardless of whether we have any players in the area.

So that's what gay Latino prostitutes look like.... (Agree with the rest though)

I only switched on at 55 mins. Has it been like this the whole game?

I don't think Nicky actually has a trigger.

I like Alan and have a few conversations with him over the years. He'll swear pumping the ball into their left or right back, put them under pressue and wait for them to make a mistake and capitalise is the best way to play. Unfortunately it only works in our domestic leagues where its generally accepted our players do not have a great 1st touch.
