Goals scored and allowed after handballs are exactly the reason that we should not have a Match Review Panel in the A-League.
You can argue that Diving, nasty takles etc have an effect on matches and this behaviour should be punished but how on earth do you punish a side for what Seb Ryall (and Chris Payne in the fianl last season) did to us?
Do you strip them of their goal hence punishing both sides because the goal has stood for any given amount of match time??
Is a hand ball less punishable than a rough tackle or a dive?
