Delighted 2 introduce our new addition 2 the squad 2day. pedigree & calibre speaks for itself. Good bloke, good english, good name

My interpretation of Mal's tweet:
  • Pedigree & Calibre
Will have played in one of the big 5 leagues
  • Good Bloke. Good English
Probably means english isnt his first language
  • Good Name
Probably means its obscure and long

Georgie Welcome is off contract, big strong striker from Honduras.. Just dreaming, not European..

Rather than having relationships with the Chelsea, Charlton etc how about we look to our Pacific neighbours in Mexico. The Blue Machine have big squads.. Long Seasons and like to build youth.

I am pretty sure that the mods now as much as we do at the moment.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Suggest no one will recognise the name and we will all be clambering for his Wiki page to be enlightened !!

I am not necessarily expecting a well-known name from a big league.

What I would love is the next, slightly-less-mad, Besart Berisha.

Albania is the new Spain.

Well that puts my assumption to bed then... HN was one I assumed must know who it is

Belgium is the new Spain!

Im sticking with my guess of Stein Huysegems unless we get any other clues

I asked him how his Welsh was and he hadn't asked... haha!

Speaking of Rigters - where has he gone...? Luckily he was only an U21 or we'd all be a bit pissed in a few hours (insert laughy face).

I read on his twitter he is injured, so hasn't got a new club yet.

google translate of that article;

Premiere: Huysegems signs in New Zealand
Stein Huysegems has found a new employer, confirming the attacker exclusively to Football Scoop. He signed Thursday a contract for two seasons with Wellington Phoenix in New Zealand.

ANTWERP
Huysegems saw last season his contract with Lierse not be extended and spent the summer waiting for a phone from an interested club. That phone was finally revealed and New Zealand to come.
The 30-year-old striker is proposed within a few hours at his new club from New Zealand. "But they do play along in the Australian league," adds Huysegems quickly adds.
Huysegems came in the past even more out for Racing Genk, Roda JC Kerkrade, Feyenoord, AZ and Twente.
