That means he isn't bad all the time. Sign him up.

I like tautologies because I like them.

Going on from austin10's post, Ange Postecoglou wrote an article recently about transfers.

Very intersting stuff! Begs the question though, is there someone at the club who has the time to do all this in the off season? Should obviously be RH but he also has international commitments.

Bring back Trani full time? Make him and Greenie caretakers while Ricki is All Whiting and scout players!! Ricki can give them the nod and they can recruit for our new style or whatever. Instead of recruiting like normal and then deciding to change it up.

If you accept it as gospel that we won't spend any more money than we currently are, what would you do between now and the end of this season? Or before next season?

That is the dilemma Ricki faces.

I would hire Ange Postecoglu as a recruitment advisor(this is a joke)

I would do one thing and one thing only - try and win as many games as I could between now and the end of the season playing any way I can.

On the other hand - I would be ruthlessly planning for next season based on the fact that we have not played well over 90 minutes in a single game this year since we beat Sydney in round one, no matter what the results are over those final 10 games

According to sources in Argentina, Perth were not the only A-league club who showed interest with Wellington and Adelaide both keen on the creative midfielder but red tape saw both moves fall through.

Article says he has been trying to get an A-League move for 18 months. So might have been in pre-season.

The comedian? The team could use a bit of light hearted laughter.

No but really how did he look at youth world cups? Hasn't he been playing in US college "soccer" league? Is that any kind of decent standard? Could he be a real right back? WILL HE SOLVE ALL OUR PROBLEMS?!!!!

How many Kiwi kids have graduated out of the US College system but never made it through to professional football..

Hundreds.

So why is Colin Murphy any different?

Replacement for P.Igeon? That is a bit harsh, he has been feeding on crumbs for last few weeks. Totally expect a (bird)strike to take down the Jets this weekend.

 Any news on Dan Keat?

All Whites midfielder Dan Keat is job hunting in the United Kingdom.

The 25-year-old left the LA Galaxy last month after an injury plagued stint in Major League Soccer.

Keat says he'd been thinking about a move prior to the Galaxy not taking up the option on his contract.

Keat says you get to a point in your career where you need regular game time, not just professionally but also with the next World Cup circle looming large.

Dan Keat says he's looking for a short-term contract initially to play as much football as possible in the next six months.

According to some on twitter, a few players are not happy in Perth, including Smetz and Vuka and are looking to leave.

Come to the Nix for rest of the season ..if he's not good enough then ditch him, if he is, then sign him long term.
