Agree there. Can't see why people rate him. He's slow, lacks creativity and seems to get caught in possession a lot.
As for Dodd, I like him but I don't think he's irreplaceable.
If you need an out and out DM, he's immense. He runs his arse off and is a real team player. He disrupts attacks, and is always on the heels of attackers.
