Assuming we're not considering clangers (too short and trying to communicate with them would be a nightmare) that leaves
Commander John Koening
Dr Helena Russell
Allan Carter
Maya
Prof Bergman
and a few others.

I'd go for Maya because she could change shape into an eagle or lion and shred the goalie before slotting one in the top right corner.

I wonder how many of the almost 400 pages of post are actual speculation as opposed to throwing random names about.

I think Locky would have something to say about that.

MILLWALL legend Neil Harris has been linked to a move to Australian A League side North Queensland Fury.

The Lions striker's Den contract comes to an end next July and he recently revealed he had been made offers last summer to move overseas.

With friend and ex-Lion Paul Ifill proving a huge success playing for New Zealand side Wellington in the same league, the move is sure to prove a tempting one for the 32-year-old and his young family.

And if he did join NQ Fury, he would probably end up playing alongside former Liverpool and England star Robbie Fowler. Harris is Millwall's highest-ever goalscorer and is already this season's top scorer with 11 despite injury which has kept him out for six games. He is known to want to extend his contract with the Lions.

But if that is not forthcoming he is thought to prefer a move overseas, rather than risk playing against his former club.

Chopper has scored 128 goals in 376 appearances for Millwall since signing from Cambridge City in 1997.

So why aren't we going for this guy? Ifill's old mate and has a good scoring record in a good league.

reading on 442, it looks like dadi might be leaving perth. The type of guy we are looking for but he is already 36.

Not these Dadi talks again. Go back 150 pages or so and you'll  find a comprohensive discussion to sort you out in the right direction

Harris could be great here. Get Ifill onto him.

What about Van Dyk? Rumours were he wasn't going to hang around with Brisbane. Him up front would be magnificent with Greenacre and Ifill running off him.

It mentions in the article that there is a club who is "quite interested" in Dadi - could it be us?

Would maybe take him as a short term emergency measure, but no way for next season.

And the sauce for the Galekovic to Porthsmouth story is the Sun...

Dadi would have been a good addition this season as reserve striker. As its turned out he would have been useful playing up front along side Greenacre with Ifill wider. He certainly would have offered more value than  Chen. But he's too old for next season. We can do better.

Ifill and Greenacre could be useful  contacts for player recruitment...as Ifill said he knows many players disillusioned with the UK game now....especially in the lower divisions.

My thoughts too.
I've never been a fan, but he could do the job for us this season because I doubt we would be able to find anyone overseas willing to come play for a few weeks. But Dadi could be alright, big enough to work well off Greenacre, can hold the ball up well, and does have the ability to score some crackers. But only untill the end of the season

Even if Pompey want him he does not have an EU passport - he has an Aussie passport and a Croatian passport but Croatia have not been admitted to the EU just yet - think they're looking at 2012.
He would need to play 70% of his international (Australia) team's matches in the two years prior to move - he will notch up only his third cap if he plays against Kuwait.

with Chen being let go, that opens up the AFC import slot, any chance of filling it with a decent AFC striker short term?

The J-League finished on the 5th of Dec, and some players will have been released by now. Was thinking that there might be a striker willing to come for a month or so, to try and win an A-League contract for next season, rather than just drop down to the J2 League looking for a club.
