It's pathetic how unfit some of our players are - look at McGlinchey, possibly the whitest guy in the A-League, was still going strong at the 90 min mark.
That is why we don't win away games.
always nice to have a few fluke results, i could mention the 4-0 thrashing of newcastle too. sadly both will finish above us

We are all comparing todays result with the mid-week Melbourne game.
The differance was huge. Against Melbourne were did not let them play. As a result we looked and were a much better side.
Today, apart from the first 10m and the last 15m we were second rate.
We could have easily lost by 3 or 4. How many Nix players could say I gave 100%. Not a lot.
Watching the Melbourne game and this one is poles apart.
I'm not sure anyone can put their finger on this away form. It is just as well we don't play this poorley every week, otherwise we would be stone last.
What we should admit it that accross the board we are not good enough.
Hope we can sign a few better players for next year.
