I don't think they're playing the women's game.  But if they are, wow, I'm so keen!  A win vs Canada would be huge for us.

I thought the womens' game was one of those free FIFA streaming jobs. Need to find a fast enough PC. Could be wrong.

There are tickets on TradeMe ... including some in the Zone. If people are interested in looking.

No, none of them are mineArd Righ2010-03-02 23:01:56

Long shot, but does anyone know where I can watch the game in Belfast? I'm stuck for options. Unless I find a 24hr internet cafe. Which would be pretty crap anyway, but I'd do it.

Help!

When are they not doing work in the weekend? I've asked someone I know who works on the trains, he said that he's working on Sunday. When I asked whether they are running trains or busses he gave me the usual Tranz Metro response: "Dunno, maybe?"

i heard on the radio that the trains will be replaced by buses 4am Saturday till midday Sunday.  Can't remember if it is across all lines.  Should be ok.  But I'd go in a bit earlier anyway.

So just like a normal weekday then?

Amazing what a few 10k extra crowd does for getting to seats and filling up with water etc.  During the season rocking up 15 mins before kick off was pretty easy.  Last game we were there 30 mins and it was still a mission.

C'mon!!!  The waiting is ruining me!!!
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

I am leggy, but not blonde.

Right, the Jag road trip is organised. Bring on Sunday.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Probably best I don't say too much because I've told my missus I'm going to the football on Sunday afternoon.

I'm slightly disappointed!

Does anyone know the reason for the Sony shop on Willis St not getting right into what's happening this weekend?  Surely a perfect marketing opportunity for our main sponsor.

I would have thought their Phoenix banners would be up in their shop and plenty else besides.

Will we need a new main sponsor next season?

Well I did notice little Phoenix flags coming out of all the cars in the Hyundai store. Don't know if they've been there all along.

Almost weekend, sh*t I'm so excited.

Haha that's cool
I went to Rebel Sport here in Palmy today and all there was of football merchandise was a wee corner down the bottom of the entire wall containing rugby shirts We don't have Nix jerseys yet cos we can't afford them but I was at least hoping for some form of t-shirt or something. But nada. Zip.

Phoenix shirts are pretty hard to come by at the moment I think, a lot of stores sold out of them and won't be getting new ones till next season I think.

That's alright, gives us time to save up the $ to buy them lol. We have Taranaki rugby shirts we will probably wear on sunday - yes wrong code, but just about the right type of shirt LOL!

Doesn't matter.  Right colours as you say.

Just don't turn up with those naff T shirts from Chumpions of the World.

Edit:  If you really want to show dedication you could watch the game on your side while wearing the Naki hoops/stripes!
