My (foundation) season pass says it it admits me to A-league regular season matches at Westpac stadium "and any other nominated home match venue" so that includes this one?

I'm not sure but I was told that this was a Roar "home" game but that also contradicts the information I got that this is an FFA fixture run entirely by the FFA. Either way it points to it not being a "home" Nix game but I can't back up any of this.

Its not one of our home games, its a neutral venue. Either team could have been nominated the home team for it. Adelaide is nominated as the home team when facing the Jets in Bathurst for their regional game, later in the season.

Neither team has it as a home game. It's run by FFA, they take all the profits, which means the Phoenix will probably do very little advertising.

27 games this season. 13 Home, 13 Away and 1 "regional"

We have 12 games at RoF and 1 game at Eden Park as our home games.

Dunedin is regional - sort of like Brisbane Roar having a game in Townsville.

Except Townsville is twice as far from Brisbane as Dunedin is from Wellington.

STOP RIGHT THERE. Thank you very much.

Coming to the game? Don't buy your ticket yet please.

I'm looking into getting a block Fever booking which would secure the group booking discount.

Price TBC but I'd say around $24 max per person inclusive of all fees. Any loose change would be donated to Fever coffers.

Basically you'd pay me and I'll arrange a group booking in the Zone for everyone. Deadline would be end of the month to pay and you'd receive your ticket soon after that.

Any takers? Please indicate interest here and perhaps flick me a PM with your email address.

The inaugural Fever Zone within the Fever Zone

I've arranged for a discounted group booking for Feverites in what will become the first* "Fever Zone within the Fever Zone".

Discounted Prices (fully inclusive of all fees):

$23 for Adults
$18.50 for Students/Seniors (must show appropriate ID on entry)
$10 for Children

The seats will be in heart of the Fever Zone (Lower North Stand) in Aisle 104 if you want to refer to the following seating plan:

http://www.forsythbarrstadium.co.nz/media/15387/fbs-seating-plan-aug.pdf

Tickets in the Zone within Zone will be limited and you must make payment by Wednesday 30 November to secure your seats (tickets have allocated seating and there is no guarantee that security will allow you to move around although the crowd is unlikely to be so large that it will be a major problem).

I am co-ordinating the group booking so payment will need to be made directly to me, and I will arrange with you the best way to get you your tickets (which may possibly include running them to your hotel/motel so that they are there for you when you check in).

To get in - please PM me with your email address and how many tickets you want in each category and I will respond with my bank details for payment. A contact phone number would be good too.

Remember I need to receive payment by Wed 30 November in order to secure your booking. Please spread the word and let's make this a success

*May not actually be the first

Just a reminder that this is CONFIRMED and will go ahead as minimum numbers have already been achieved. So please let me know soon if you want tickets as part of this group buy-in for YF.

Unsure - I'm still waiting to hear from YF exec. It would seem due to midweek timing not many coming down for this one?

Also Dunedin locals will probably be working then going to game, leaving not much time for filling up on beers.

Flying down on the 2:20pm flight, but heading back super early on 6:50am departure from Dunedin. Staying at Livingspace since that seems to be the go, $99 is a good price too.

Am psyched!

Plans for this weekend in Auckland and the trip to Dunedin are now at an advanced stage of development - after last Sunday the plan was thus:

Pinch one's self
Check the intertubes to establish that last night's 1 - 1 result was not a sick dream
Celebrate
Go to Auckland
Check into hotel Craig has booked
Drink some beer
Drink some more beer
Go to the game against Adelaide
Drink some more beer
Go to dinner in Kingsland at Mekong Neua and have New Zealand's best fresh spring rolls and some Yum Sam Grob.
Drink some Beer Lao
Drink some more Beer Lao
Migrate from Kingsland to Foxs
Drink some more beer
Repeat the above step a few more times.
Find the hotel Craig has booked
Go out for Brunch with the Auckland crew
Fly home
Recover.
Wait for December
Go to Dunedin
Catch a shuttle into the centre of Dunedin
Drink some beer
Find livingspace and check in
Go out and drink some more beer
Find Ahmad
Collect the tickets
Drink some more beer
Go to the game
Go out on the large in Dunedin
Drink some more beer
(Repeat the above step as necessary)
Find livingspce, crash
Have breakfast the next morning
Fly home
Recover.

What could possibly go wrong?

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

No I have no idea where they are sitting/standing. Big group going though and I'm just tagging along.

Do you reckon any kids/halftime entertainers are going to get axed by the sprinklers again? :)

You legend. You can induct a few local Fever newbies too who are going along in the group booking. Looking at 40 or more in total at this stage!

With a decent lot of you coming from out of town I'm investigating having a modest Yellow Fever pre-match function somewhere.

What time would you Feverites typically reach the Ring of Fire (walking from Bencher) for a mid-week 7:30pm game?
