Centrebet odds are out;

Nix paying $2.85
Draw $3.25
Melb $2.25
He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

So if we take the $1000 bar tab for after the game & put it on the Nix, we'll have enough beer for a whole hours drinking.

Is it possible to use Deloitte Club Stadium Memberships for this game? I've just been lent a couple.

I got into the deloitte lounge for the last pre season game so i dont see any reason why not, just get your food and beer before you head upstairs, they wont open the bar up there untill the season starts proper.
The bar will be open on the 4th floor & they'll be serving food.DELOITTE CLUB NEWS

It all depends on how ricki balances out giving players who haven't seen much PSC action with a side that can give melbs a good spanking

I'm so proud of the lads. I'll be watching the game on Sky. Just two days after my op it'd be a bit too risky. Had to escape from ths Hospital this afternoon as it is.

I might manage a shirt off for the last 10 minutes if I stand in front of the heater to keep warm!!
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

also got a mention on The Crowd Goes Wild - even YF got a mention; Mark Richardson complained that no-one from YF had contacted him recently ("don't my opinions count any more?")

so what I need is a computer geek who is going to be home on Wednesday night to record the game and get it on the interweb as soon as it finishes.  That will mean that I can have it downloaded by midday, and have a lazy afternoon watching it.

PM if you a) can and b) are willing to do this.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

I offered to Skype video the game to my old flatmate, although now that Fox are showing it, I no longer need to. So I could Skype it to someone, but our TV is crap, and if Skype/our broadband craps out, I, or any other of the flatties can't do anything about it as we'll be at the game.

agreed Muf, (do you want a bonus 'f' with that? )

ignore the attmepted quip Man u fan

i'll settle down and try again

yep this is SO good, smiling all day -  for several reasons

1) an unanticipated bonus game of football at the Ring of Fire

2) realising that we topped the group that contained Mariners, Roar, and SU(ck)FC

so let's look at that one more time - finishing ahead of the Salty Dogs, the dirty cheating pineapple shovers, and kosmina's salary cap abusing weasels

and before anyone says it was just pre-season - it was just pre-season for all four teams,

and we 'rested ' our carded players - unlike anxious (and ultimately weak) little sydney - who now have heaps out for round 1

3) possibly being confused into thinking that it was friday, whenever i noticed my nix shirt
