By "bought" I mean of course traded in my membership voucher for it, so it'll come in the mail soon. Hmmm. Ticketmaster lady didn't ask me where I wanted to sit. Not that it matters since I'll be standing with the YF anyway until forcibly ostracised.

I am sure the Yellow fever will be happy if we are winning at 80 minutes then

Casting off the shackles of apparel is truly liberating.

Looks like its going to be a great day of football. If only it was Waitakere United playing the Phoenix reserves instead of WaiBop that would have TRULY made it.

Wasn't originally thinking of going up for this as it's flights for 2 people (and my partner is doing another trip in November) and potentially time off work and all that. But now don't want to miss out and we have free accommodation with parents up there anyway so may aswell see if we can find some decent flights. If not then we'll give our tickets to my brother who lives in Auckland so someone will at least go. If we do go I'll still try and get my brother along.

Hmmm. I wrote to Ticketmaster to ask why I hadn't received my e-tickets yet...

Hi Doloras, Thank you for your email. I have checked your order and ticket dispatch for this even has been delayed until further notice. The promoter for this event is withholding tickets in an attempt to prevent ticket scamming online. Unfortunately we do not have an exact date for when they will be available yet. Please check your account again in a couple of weeks. We do apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Kind Regards, Ruth | Customer Service

Out of interest, does anyone know what the biggest crowd at Newmarket Park was (for comparisions). I've seen some old photos of it very well packed for Auckland vs. Spurs in 1976.

In what can only be described as a little bit of a win, I now have 4 tickets to Eden Park, which appear to be usable for adults.

I have a family Season ticket (2 Adults, 2 kids).

My friend Adam is the other adult, and his kids are the 2 kids that make up our 'family'.

I asked Ticketmaster to send me our 4 tickets for Eden Park.

They've done that, and I have printed them, and there doesn't appear to be anything on any of the four tickets indicating that that ticket is an adult or a child ticket. SO I think I now have 4 adult tickets for the Eden Park game.

Result.

Yeah I have part of a family season pass, and they actually just say family on them rather than identify child/adult. So should be fine for others to use.

couldn't hold much more than 14,000 from memory. 10,000 max on the terrace, 4,000 in the two piddling stands.

I honestly suggested that if we hurried the ceremony or scheduled things better I could make the game for maybe the 2nd 45, turns out even sneaking off to watch the game during the wedding could 'ruin' the day. It's a heck of a dilemma.

What better place to do the aftermatch than in the YF zone. Shirts off for the wedding party would be mint!
