As much as I think Smith will turn out to be a great keeper, that was his mistake and you can tell by his reaction that he knows it.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

oops.

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Have we fielded the same back four in any consecutive game this season?

Edit: In any game this season?

My motivation to watch this team is slowly seeping away, I have to say.

Krishna with 3 assists .

So the reason for swapping Fox with Rufer is that the coach doesn't want a CB pairing who use the same foot for passing? You know what I prefer? A fullback who is actually a defender!

1st two games we looked good on D but had nothing up top. Now we are scoring reasonable freely, but look shambolic on D.

No consistency.

Good cross Rufer

So who's going to make the next howler? Place your bets.

This game is an example of how not to defend - from both sides. Really quite poor.

Great for the neutral, but bloody nerve racking for us (and I guess Perth supporters too)

3 assists for Krishna today = Beast!

Wow a "fullback" that can cross.

shut up and enjoy it.

It is possible to ENJOY a match.

It is.

Not saying it's not enjoyable.

I'd just like to see a concerted effort in when we're defending, rather than chewing my fingers off like a nervous wreck.

I vote Ridenton as the player "Most likely to slow down and screw up a good attacking position"

That last play was symptomatic of the problem with Ridenton. Needs to make decisions faster.

Permalink Permalink

I'm glad that was off side coz Smith's attempt to save it was appalling

ridenton is a step behind the pace of the game which is very concerning

Rossi showing his experience to step up and put Keogh offside.

No not Ridenton. He is a holy entrail. Finkler is the problem

Don't agree - on D he has made a lot of tackles and interceptions.

Don't agree at all. Finkler has held it up well today. Ridenton has had multiple moments where he's found himself in the hole and hasn't spread it wide, instead trying to "dribble" through the middle (and losing it immediately)

I'm OK with Finkler today. Slow as a wet week but putting in a good shift.
