I rang them up 2 days ago to confirm my requested seats, and they were in completely the wrong isle (and row for that matter!). When I asked if the seat I had origially requested was taken she said no but it couldn't be changed because the passes had already been sent to the printers!

Then she suggested I just go sit in the seats I wanted even though my pass was for somewhere else..

Pissed!!

Thats a real bloody worry am sure if there are to many like this then there will be a sh*t storm kicked up.Would love to know if the rugby season pass holders also get this level of non service.

Last time I got a season pass to the rugby games. I am pretty sure I got my pass 2 weeks before the season kicked off. and had no problems with them at all.

I have no idea whats happening with my pass for the phoenix since I have gone in with a group of people and they are sorting it out.

Hope all goes well.

cool, Monday then, I rung ticketek on the 7th and they said they will be sent around the weekend or Monday so nothing to worry about until Monday.

I love my football team having a CEO that is as involved and as giving of his time as Tony P.  It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy......

I went into the Nix shop today and was told they will be delivered this week. A bit risky as it leaves no room for human error. What if someone doesn't get it on time? A bit gutting too, since I renewed mine on the very first day!

But i'll keep on waiting. If by thurs they re not here i ll go straight to the Tony P and collect mine at knifepoint :D

Yeah, but Tony is not the problem - far from it.

I ordered mine first day too, so it is disappointing that it is so last minute. I'm working in Australia next week, so won't be able to chase-up any non-delivery until Saturday. My wife will let me know if they arrive, but "I'm in charge" of season tickets.

It amazes me that they need to wait until the last week possible before sending them out, when the first passes were ordered months ago.

Still, as long as I get mine early in the week...

yeah they've had my money since day three, yet I've had nothing for it!!! Its sad that the Nix get dragged down by such a sh*te organisation like ticketek.......not a good first impression for the new members!

That's my concern too. Thousands of people queuing for tickets they should have had weeks ago.

If it's anything like the way Ticketmaster handles egg chasing, the prefab ticket office will close itself to ticket sales and provide temporary tickets to season pass purchasers.

Which means bigger queues for casual ticket buyers.

Ticketek - they don't know what they're doing!

seems a bit weird to me, if they went sent out on Friday surely someone would've have got theirs today, unless they were sent from Akl, but then they said they were testing the passes at the stadium so why would they send them back to Akl again?

I dream of a day when I can walk into the Phoenix store, pay by eftpos and get a season pass printed out for me on the spot.

I hear Sydney season ticket holders got a nice key ring with theirs

Nothing in the mail today for me either. Not good enough at all.Club don,t seem that bothered blaming printers or Ticketek.

All well and good recruiting members and then treating them like this.Used to it from last year but can't imagine what new members make of it all.I paid on 11 June so have now been waiting 2 months.Good customer service would have seen the club or Ticketek ringing those registered members to let them know what was going on and not sitting back and letting people ring the club in a panic. With all the good stuff happening at the club this just lets it down.BADLY

Piss Poor.

Compared to AFL (which is my only m/ship experience) and a few ppl's experience with the rugby, it's dismal.

Would have been a little more heartening if someone had posted they had received theirs. Its just bloody hopeless its not as if there are shyte loads to get out.Just amazes me how some companies in NZ with a captive market have no idea at all about customer service or even seem to care.Actually surprised given the mess last year you would have thought the club would have been all over this.

NZ Post could be to blame as if you did not supply an authentic post code your pass could be returned to sender or even worse delayed by having to be manually sorted.

It's a bit of a sham compared to rugby season passes, generally rugby season passes are sent out within a couple of weeks of being purchased. I got this years rubgy pass 2 months before they first game.  Ticketek or whoevr need to sort their act out.

Thats interesting had hoped someone would post this fact, i sure hope the club take note of this and have it out with these clowns. Its just not acceptable to have this played out in our second season as well. All the good work being done and these clowns can ruin a lot of that.

If people had to give their postcodes then it should have been made a compulsory field on the online form.

If post codes were to blame, someone would have got theirs by now - unless you're suggesting the whole of YF got their post codes wrong.

I know my post code and it's on my Ticketek account. No season tickets yet though.

Gobsmacked. I really thought Ticketek would make sure to get passes out in good time after last year.

Are they sent regular post or courier post?

Dunno, mine just appeared in my mailbox last year.  Would imagine regular post since it'd be expensive couriering them all... then again they're already late...
