Did not receive my tickets today.
Called Ticketek who said they were put in the mail over the weekend (not Friday as advised earlier) - this is clearly bullsh*t - if they were mailed in the weekend I would have received the tickets today.
The club needs to grab this issue by the proverbials and sort it out - I think none of us would be too upset if we were told we would get the tickets Wednesday or even Thursday if we knew that was the truth and it would actually happen.
It's the "tickets are in the mail" bullsh*t that pisses me off.

I have three renewals and three new members and we've been told (for a month or so) that they are seated behind us. I'm somewhat nervous.......... possibly without reason ;)

Yeah I renewed on the last day of renewal and couldn't be bothered following up and now I'm in Row B instead of K. Forgot to mention that my brothers didn't turn up which hopefully is because they got his and his mates addresses wrong when they were done.

I wouldn't mind knowing why it has to be a last minute activity. Surely those who renewed early - existing ticket holders at least - could be printed and sent early.
Is it a case of trying to minimise the printing costs by reducing the print runs? That is the only reason I can think of for waiting until the last minute. For what it's worth, I would rather pay a few dollars more than have no margin of error.

Agree it has been slow but they all get done in one hit and mailed out. They also have to be tested to ensure the barcode works. 3,000 were mailed on Friday so it will take a few days to get to all.

Friend at work ordered two, he said that one arrived but the other one didn't. Strange that multiple tickets to the same address aren't being grouped, seems wasteful. Still so long as they arrive on time it will be a good laugh.
