Season Pass Delivery?

Its only 2 weeks until our first game of the season and no season passes have been delivered yet! Is it just me missing out, or has everyone else already had theirs delivered?

I only ordered ours last week (Monday)and she said they would be sent out this week

Club told me yesterday they will be out later this week.

I was wondering the same thing myself Shabba. Last season mine arrived on 18 August (just searched my previous posts to get the date), and the season started on 24 August (or 26 for us). So I'm not unduly concerned yet - in theory, we should get them on Friday if the same timescales apply.

Mine arrived about four games into the season (although my flatmate's arrived on time) so I will be stoked if it arrives before the season opener!

I ordered another one today and asked about the ones I only ordered last week she said end of the week and the one I ordered today sometime next week

The club website "promises" that all tickets ordered by the cut off date would be delivered by the 7th June.

I'm hoping you mean 7th August. The season will be over by 7th June.

Hmm looking at my credit card summary I've been charged for the benchwarmer kit but not the season ticket itself.  Has anyone else been charged for the season tickets yet?  I guess the season passes are being charged and sent seperately.

I was charged on 11 June, after placing my order on 9 June. If you haven't even been charged yet, I would definitely ring up and query it.

I did ring them a while back and they assured me it was all go, will call them again today just to be sure.

Is there anywhere you can buy a season ticket over the counter in Wellington?

You can go to the club shop and fill in forms (and maybe pay ?) but they won't give you the ticket there.  They have to be manufactured with name and details on them.

Called the Phoenix ticket line to confirm what was going on with my payment, seems there was some mixup but they assured me it was fine and said they'd charge my credit card today so my ticket can go out next week with the rest.

Glad I called to sort that out!

Unless the mix up was only with charging you.... then by calling, you saved Ticketek from writing-off the cost of your ticket.

Yeh i did think of that, but would rather be charged and sure of a ticket than get messed around and end up with someone taking my seat in the zone !

Are you surprised?  I'll be more surprised if they're all out in time for the first game.

i think last season i had mine by now. This season i ordered early and i would have thought they'd be here by a week out till the first game.

I was told by ticketek today that if I don't have the season pass by Friday .... they will send a paper ticket... deja vou...

Someone mentioned to me that he inquired about timing and was told that the tickets were being sent out on Tuesday next week.  Its some kind of deadline to hope for at least and should save the whole paper ticket fiasco.

Do rugby fans get this kind of fiasco with their season tickets?  What kind of numbers of season passes are sold for the Hurricanes/Lions, surely we're pretty comparable.

Here's hoping Tuesday's the day...

All passes were mailed today so they all should be arriving starting Monday.
