Apparently you have to take it in to the shop to get like your proper membership pack?

For those who have received their Membership cards your gift packs are available from the store to be picked up as of now. All you need to do is bring in your voucher which is what your card was attached to.

Thats a classic they have to be taking the piss.
I just cant believe how this has been handled yet again. You have to wonder if this is how just over 3000 get treated. Then how the FK are they going to be able to handle the world cup when it gets here in 2011.To be honest if anyone has to go and get a paper ticket for Sunday then they deserve more than the little gift pack they get know.Sorry its just not good enough,4 days out from the 1st game and many still waiting on there season passes that in some cases were paid for weeks ago.

You have to laugh at the level of customer service we   put up with sometimes, its the range of excuses you get and the blame shifting that goes on.

Sorry Tony have praised you in other things that you have handled, but this does appear to have slipped under the radar and really should not be happening in the last few days before our 1st game.Just dosnt allow for the inevitable cockups to be fixed.

Weeks? You mean months. My credit card was charged on 11 June, two days after placing the order.

Nothing for me yet either. I'm at the stage where I can only laugh at Ticketek's incompetence. Because I'm way beyond anger...

Have to agree with most of what you're saying.

I'm pretty new in town and have been considering a season ticket since going to the Queensland friendly a couple of weeks ago but now I am at the stage where I probably won't bother. I have left it a little late, but it's still 4 days away till the game and yet I definitely would not have my season membership if I was to order one now, but instead would have to contact ticketek off my own back and find out how I can get into Sunday's game and then pick up a paper ticket somewhere?

Surely there should be a facility to print these cards off instantly, and I cannot believe that there is nowhere to just go and buy a season membership over the counter, apart from possibly INSIDE the stadium, after you have had to pay to get in! (WTF!).

As a comparison, in my last full season spent in Scotland, I bought my season ticket 5 minutes before kick off from the ticket office outside the stadium, no problems at all and no messing about.

here's a question for you..I just looked up our details on the ticketek site and notice that there is only a "billing address" listed!
do you reckon they will send them there!!!

I ordered a family pass and an extra then a few days later called for another so hope we get them all together!

The ba--ards were not slow in debiting my Visa in June. The honest way would be to charge the money when they dispached the goods - I imagine we would have had them weeks ago in that case.

Received 2 of the 4 season tickets we ordered this afternoon.

Despite ringing at least 4 times and reconfirming Ticketek knew my seating prefernces and that all 4 seats were together 1 of the tickets is in Aisle 24 and 1 is in Aisle 23. One of the tickets, despite the address label being for an adult, is printed for a student. The other, for my wife, is for a senior - which she is some way short of being.

God knows what the other 2 tickets will be for - assuming they turn up.

Unbelievable.

Back to the drawing board for Ticketek by the looks of things! What a shambles!

And by leaving the printing and sending out of tickets until the last possible minute, they make it impossible to get resolution in time for the start of the season. There's no reason for all season tickets to be done in one batch. The only justification is to save costs, but how much does it cost  when the cock-ups can't be sorted before the start of the season.

Whitby Boy - out of interest, did you renew with the same seats as last time and then get split up? Or have you had new seat allocations go awry? Whilst the latter shouldn't happen, if it is the former it would make a mockery of the renewal process for existing members!

What a bunch of absolute clowns Ticketek are. Reading these horror stories, it's just unacceptable that they can take so long to send season passes out (after charging credit cards immediately, mind) and then still fuck up half of the orders.

It happened last season, it happened this season and it will happen again unless a new ticket provider is used.

Received my Membership card today.  All correct! Amazing! Delivery 5 days before the first game is absolutely apalling customer service in my opinion. I should know because I work in the customer service industry and I would lose my job if I performed as "well" as Ticketek.  For heaven's sake Tony Pignata ditch the non performing Ticketek for next season. The players have to perform, so should Ticketek!!!!

All you poor people who haven't received your season passes, or received incorrect ones, you have my deepest sympathies.

My understanding is that the seat allocations are done by Ticketek but that the printing of season passes is done by the club. If this is right, the club is responsible for the late printing of season passes.

CNUT got his yet I didnt get mine. WTF

Not sure if Ticketek are at fault here - cos I believe its the club who send them out - and our details have been with them about a week and a half apparently.

Think it could be in alphabetical order, im the only one who got mine on our list of seven and my name is at the start of the alphabet. that may explain it

Right then. Next season, I'm dropping the W at the beginning of my name and replacing it with AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

According to Phoenix website there are 3094 members. How hard can it be to get what really is a small number of tickets right and to people on time.

even, if you do drop the "w"

rather than moving the existing "a" in front of the "w", I fear things would still go "Awry"

sorry lads, desperate attempt at humour to match the desperate attempt at customer service

i do think that the club should put a lot more effort into treating the fans better than this - as folks have said how hard can it be to get tickets out

1) earlier and 2) without errors?

the combination of late tickets and errors is pretty bloody unsettling

and surely , it is completely unneccesary - why wasn't it addressed after last season??!!

How is it any different to buying tickets months in advance to say a rock concert, you roll in they show you the layout of the stadium on the computer screen, you pick out the seats you want, they reserve them for you and bingo you get your ticket.isn't it sort of similar ??

how hard is it seriously that's the game their in ticket sales to major events
