Season Pass Delivery?

i've got 13 of the 17 tickets that i ordered. half of them have the wrong name - serveral have the same name, i'm still waiting for 4 to turn up  and i'm not sure how some of the ones that did get to me made it as the address was mixed up. i gave ticketek one address and yet some of the passes are addressed to "Seatoun, Lower Hutt 6022"!    Lucky for us that our postie worked out that they are for us.
 
i'm told that they were sent in different batches, yet all were ordered at the same time - early June! To be waiting around for tickets in the last few days is ridiculous, to try to fix up mistakes now - it really is too late for that... and to then be told that we will have to wait until Friday for them to arrive and then chase up missing tickets if they dont, to then go out and pick up paper tickets that is rude!
 
Guess i'll just wait...

between running out of decent beer before kick off at the Final, sh*t hotdogs, getting asked for ID to buy beer last year (aged 37 but agree I look young) and the continuing story of Tiketwat I'm gonna do something really fn stupid - one day we might be a real club

Still waiting... although I changed the address when I renewed so no doubt its gone to the old one like everyone elses *sigh*

Still no tickets......Would have rather just picked the tickets[ 6 ] up from " somewhere "  - this  performance again is so f.....ng hopeless, payed for these tickets on June 11th, won't be doing this next season for sure, will get gate tickets next year and drop a couple of matches to balance out the cost. Bet this problem is nobody's fault .......................... p*$#ed off.

I agree waiting 6 weeks fopr tickets after you've paid for them is not a good look, was talking to one to the phoenix people yesterday adn it came down to the production of the cards and getting them shipped here, due to weather conditions there were delays, I can accpet that will delay it by a few weeks but not 6 - 8 weeks!
 
We shouldnt have to wait until 3-4 days before the game till our ticket arrives, not the Nix's fault just not a good look to be involved with a poor performer like ticketek.

i been thinking along your lines ballane the reason i went for the season ticket was so i did not have to shag around buying tickets for every game and paying the booking fee,if i had known this would happen i would just of bought single tickets for each game,i will give them till tomorrow then i will be phoning ticketek and asking about their refund policy.

I wonder how many people will seriously re-consider their club membership next season after another ticketing fiasco.
Last year was understandable and maybe even forgivable given that newness of the club, setting up the links with Ticketek, but to have it all happen again this year has me really annoyed and disappointed. Not a good look for the club.

i still believe that we deserve believeable assurances that things will be improved next season, but I've now got half a smile and am only clenching 1 buttock

Finally received the remaining 2 of mine, so am off to the Nix store to pick up my 9 gift packs :)

got the last 2 of mine yesterday.

If the issue was a delay in printing of the cards then maybe Ticketek need to subcontract the job to the YF.
It seems to me that the lads took far less time getting the fevercards sorted out in their spare time that Ticketek did with the season passes and that's their business.

Saved somebody from getting a right bo**cking down the phone!

I got mine yesterday. All looks fine at this stage :)
I think they need to get their act together though. 4 days before the first game isn't good enough.

Phone and emailed ticketek this morning, have been given a " number " - to get the tickets. Wife doing it now so should have tickets by 4pm today[ PLEASE ],  - also had message from TonyP which was good PR, -  go the nix's

Got email from Smeltzy (club) offering to send a personailsed video to any1 i thought would like to become a member. 
Given the treatment dolled out by club would find it difficult to recommend to any1 of my friends they jump on board with Phoenix at the mo.

its not the club nzyido! its ticketek who sadly are one of two options for ticketing in NZ and both are as bad as the other! The club are probably beating their heads against brick walls as we are about this!

I took the vouchers in today and got the membership packs alright but they probably just got stocked today. Lucky!!!

see now that's the club exceeding expectation, the voucher says not available till after 15th and they have them ready on the 14th - well done Phoenix!

but even so its hard to recommend to any1 that they join up they maybe better off getting tickets weekly.

I got my ticket yesterday....still waiting on one more.
1/2...guess its a small improvement on last year

Decided not to do the season pass thing coz we are travelling down from Palmy to the games so went into ticketek yesterday to buy a family pass for Sunday plus some extra's.  They managed to overcharge me by $17 so I went back today to get it sorted out. 

She had to ring head office and guess what - the computer was down! So she promised to ring me this avo to arrange a credit - i'm still waiting for the phone call......................
It seems you can't win with Ticketek whichever option you use!!!

Still nothing in my mailbox... I renewed my ticket in the first week and now I'm looking at having to source a paper ticket for the first game.  How hard is it to deliver a ticket to Tory Street, I'm right in the middle of Wellington!  My bills arrive on time so where is my season pass?

Getting really frustrated.

I also paid for the benchwarmer addition, I've been charged for that too and still no sign of it.  What is going on... is that going to be given to me when I bring my ticket into the Phoenix store or is that being posted and is also lost somewhere?

Anyone received benchwarmer stuff?  I paid the extra money mainly to give that bit of extra support to the club and I'm sitting here with nothing but money gone from my credit card.

Finally got mine today. Close run thing. Maybe I'll relax a bit now.

Feel real sorry for people who haven't got theirs yet, none of us should be in that kind of position. I know Tony P is working hard to resolve it, so at least that's good.

I'm sure most people do understand it's not 'the club' thats causing the delays, although it is a part of the experience of being a 'Nix member... and not a very positive one - particularly after you've shelled out the hard earned to be waiting around picking your nose (or whatever) and not knowing you'll have your pass three days before the match is, um... frustrating ( or absolutely unacceptable if you prefer).

Whilst the logistical issues are not handled by the club, it reflects negatively on them nonetheless - as evidenced by other posts.

The sad part is that the club will suffer when people are reluctanct to recommend/renew additional memberships now and in the future.

It needs to be addressed. Quickly.

I'm absolutely pissed of... Ordered in the first week with 3 other passes. Guess what? All the other passes have been delivered but not mine. Tickatek needs to sort its sh*t out. This is completely unacceptable. I pay a $10 service fee for what? It not to get delivered on time. I know its not the clubs fault but it is a funny way of treating your best supporters.. making them line up for a paper ticket because of their inability...

If they were sent on sunday then 4 days to reach is unacceptable...
