Regional game somewhere in the Waikato or there abouts. One game to Christchurch and one to Auckland.

Seriously thinking about if i will renew foundation membership this season.The club really give you buggar all back in return and they expect you to front up with a membership fee on top of season ticket charges.

They expect our support and moan and groan about attendances but given the draw we have just been presented with there had better not be a bloody squeak out of them.

i will renew, if the price is dropped, to match the drop in home games.

I'd say it will be. But that's hardly the point.

Just got sent a username and password for the season ticket renewal.

Get ready for Season 13/14!

Renew your season ticket from 17 June, new season tickets on-sale from 1 July.

Weirdly, the password/username they sent me logs me in as a different user ID than my last years login.
Edit: The new login doesn't have any of my mates in the account. Hopefully i can re-order my tickets with the old login still

almost 13 years ago

So an entire month earlier than last season. Are they getting earlier each season?

Membership renewals vs Season Starts

2013/14 => June 17th => Oct 13th (119 days)

2012/13 => July 24th => Oct 6th (75 days)

2011/12 => July 15th => Oct 9th (87 Days)

2010/11 => June 1st => Aug 13th (74 Days)

So it looks like that this season is almost a month earlier than previously, but I was imagining that it was continuing to get earlier. (Couldn't find any renew dates prior to 2010, useless right)

New season, new Ticketek stuff up going to happen it looks.

My Username/Password from the past 2 seasons still work, and shows me & the other person I buy a season ticket for. The Username/Password they emailed out, only shows the secondary account details.

Anyone know if it is possible for an existing season member who is not going to renew to give his seat to a current season pass holder who wishes to move to the seat being vacated?

Call to ticketek on the Phoenix hotline (Brenda?) would do the trick if it was last season.

I did that a year ago.  You can request a specific seat and when the person doesn't renew their seat then you take that one.

Make sense?

looking forward to buying my 2nd season ticket (after buying 1 in our season 1).  I am thinking that at the end of this coming season, I will have bought 2 season tickets, and attended about 10 games with them.  #MoneyWellSpent

Im guessing i havent been emailed because i was one of the orders that went through the ticketek shambles, so i ended up needing to order over the phone lol. I can still log in though.

So prices for a silver are down $6 on last year, but two less games at home, so actually paying more per game, correct?

$6 less for 2 less games at a team that came last, and fans get ridiculed by owners, don't think I will renew this season tbh.

Not much incentive to be honest

(and it's not because they came last)

I feel kind of disengaged with the team now, mostly because of Gareth and because they are becoming the NZ Phoenix and i think each season more and more games will go away from Westpac

Neither. Wierd, I usually get all the emails.

Pretty bizarre that they're advertising the season passes when they haven't even decided where the three tbd games are going to be (and may be in Wgtn apparently). Not a great start for thundersticks...

 me either, but got no spare cash at the moment so it will have to wait anyhow.
almost 13 years ago

Nix just tweeted that they have migrated the Club Memberships over to the Ticketek platform, so I guess that only club members have recieved these emails.

Sounds like it won't affect the season passes at all, as it is only to do with club memberships.

The twitter account seems to have got much better. I don't think it is time for a 'Sack Thundersticks' thread yet,

Definitely agreed, the twitter account has been 100 times better already. Good signs for her future.

As for the season membership stuff, can we have a Sack Ticketek thread?

Just got another email, this time for my club membership. So that is now 3 different logins. Starting to think Ticketek employed the Novopay people, to do their systems.

Does this mean we won't be charged for the season tickets, or that we won't receive them?

Probably means we will get sent four when we only wanted one or will get one when we ordered four.
