I believe so, I've found multiple places stating that it's only the 6pack that doesn't get one.

I'm now with Nova Energy and waiting on Ticketek to contact me about my $99 season ticket. Being from Palmy North and not being able to come to every game, I have never bought a season ticket before but this will be cheaper than buying a ticket at each match. Absolute bargain.

All done - took awhile to work out why our family tickets had turned to adult but managed to work it out and all signed up - roll on the new season!!!!!

Yes! Yes! Of course I will Dura, you know I will.  How could I say no to you?
Andrew Durante wants to talk to you, Junior82.

Can't watch the video? This happens. Anyway, what Andrew wants to tell you is that your support last year made a big difference to the Wellington Phoenix. They need that support again. So the team needs you to renew your Season Ticket.

When you do, here's what you'll get:

•          A fridge magnet, a season pin and a lanyard - but only for special people.  So that doesn't include Kiwi Hatter or Ballane who mocked you last season Junior82

•          Free travel on Go Wellington and Valley Flyer buses on selected match days (conditions apply)

•          Discounts on Phoenix merchandise

•          You're f*cking ace Junior82. Not like that whinging Steve-O, or those ECFC bitter types, look forward to seeing you again (we'll wave to you at the end of each game)

The last 'In the Nix' I received was in April for the members invite to the end of season awards. In May I got an HAL fan survey. Still nothing re season tickets. For the benefit of the club and other members who may be in the same boat as me is it possible to let them know.

over 13 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

I had to log in on another computer, just to say how stoked I am with all this. Prices are brilliant, and nice little extras to keep things interesting. Definitely renewing my season tickets, just contemplating the membership as well.
Re: the marketing thing, I got the email from Dura telling me to buy them and give him 50. Note sure why everyone else didn't. I'd expect the mass marketing to kick in once it goes on sale to the general public which totally makes sense.
Loving whoever put this all together. I reckon they've got it spot on.

Have been season ticket holder since day one, and have renewed again. All very smooth through Mya at Ticketek...

Seems the Nix are very keen to increase numbers, and only $175 for a silver ticket is a bargain...

You could cancel your order and put another order in, the payments aren't processed until the end of the renewing period.

I have already been charged.

I saw a $366.83 charge on my bank account this morning, because it wasn't the full order price (2 Renewals, 2 Adult memberships = $458.50), I emailed them about it. I got told the first payment is for the renewal, and I will be charged a second payment for the Membership today. I have now got another $104.10 charge. So will have to email them again asking why I have been over charged *sigh*.

I read the same thing, thats why I was confused when I saw the money be taken out. Was worried I might have been hit by a scam or something.
A debit/credit card fee of up to 2.75% may apply to your booking
So I paid a $8.25 booking fee, and another $12.68 on top of that because I paid online with a debit card. Oh well, least I got my tickets sorted for next season.

over 13 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

Is there another way to pay them online?

Just renewed my 2 by phone (as I wanted to change the name on one of them). Asked about the "hard ticket fee"... apparently it's if you want to lend your card to someone else they can produce another ticket or card or something for that game. Or something like that.

Whole process was very smooth and easy for me. That member hotline is certainly the way to go if you want anything other than a straightforward renewal.

Awesome, thanks for that info!

My C/card available funds is reduced by the season ticket values, so they may not draw on the funds until end of period but c/card company acknowledge the debt.

I just went to renew mine, but couldn't do anything at all because "This subscription cannot be renewed". Anyone else having this problem?

yeah, I'm getting this message too!

It is only showing last season's membership and not the new season.

SO ANNOYING! All I want to do is renew my membership and give the club my money, but I can't! Ticketek woes are back.

Yellow Fever - Misery loves company

Anybody have proper details on the Club Membership stuff?

This is all I could find:

"For a very affordable $50 for an adult, or $25 for a child, the benefits of a Club Membership includes an exclusive membership pack, access to a Club Member only website hosting interviews with players and management and video analysis, attendance at the Club AGM and member only discounts at the Wellington Phoenix on-line store."

Exclusive Membership Pack? What sort of member only discounts?

>_<

over 13 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

We get 20% off at RYOS Lambton Quay, and as RYOS is going to be running the clubs online store, I'm guessing the discount will be the same.

Hmm, I don't think this has been finalised yet.

Which part? The 20% off or RYOS running the online store?

The 20% off.

over 13 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

From my reading Club members don't get 20% off at RYOS. They get "10% off on the online merchandise store"

How come there has still been NO advertising of season tickets?? Or has there?

It is renewal of exisitng season tickets at the moment.  You would have got an email from my mate Dura personally asking you to renew.

AFTER renewal and when they go on general sale I assume there will be advertising, but no need during a renewal period.

That is why it is called a renewal period;  it is when last-season members can renew before general sale.

Renewal.

So renew now and then you won't need to complain that your seats are not available any more.

Can someone try sell me the Club Membership?

I'm not sure I want it so don't know how to sell it to the others in my group, but what exactly are the perks and are they worth it?

Apart from what has been said already in this forum you get a free ticket to a game, home or away. If you are a season member you can use your free ticket for a mate.
