Season Tickets - Clusterf**k Edition 2013/14

 Remember my friends suit pants pre-Xmas?

 Ive had another, non phoenix, package delivered today waiting for me on my doorstep with a giant 'obtain signature' sticker on the front of it - i wonder which courier company??

Why does my scarf say "Wash Immediately After Use In Pool" on the label? Is it not a scarf at all, and some sort of swimming aid instead?

Admittedly is also says "Made In China" which explains it, I suppose/

Perhaps there is a typo and the "l" should have been dropped.

Picked up my season pass pack from NZ Couriers today. Very happy. Was ordered on the 13th of August if that helps others waiting.

Sat on hold for 20 mins (with 1 song on loop) and got through to a busy sounding Brenda. Apparently kids packs arent being sent out til theis week so thats good and can stop my stressing! 

Also grabbed my 4 extra tickets this coming game - hopefully we can all fit into the zone. Cant wait til Sat now!

Lady I talked to this morning said kids tickets are getting sent out this week.
I got my fever zone ones mid last week.
Foundation members came week before.

Not sure what type of tix people are waiting on, but it won't hurt to double check with them.

Well Im a big kid so I want...

 I got my YF (silver) membership on Friday, so it's a complete shambles as to what order they are being sent out - I paid on August 5th

 One question about the Club Memberships - did everyone pay for these through the Ticketek site?  I see the club has set-up a completely separate site where you can pay for these now.

Mine (YF Silver) arrived on Thursday and was paid for on July 28th? The whole ordeal this time has been crazy, and the fact that tickets are yet to arrive and we are less than a week out is crazy. 

Yeah paid for my club membership through ticketek, saw the website where you can now pay...all a little confusing...

Re Club Membership.

I rang ticketek this arvo - spent only 5 minutes on hold listening to the same loop music, but the guy I spoke to had no idea what the club membership saying it is through the phoenix and that they only sell game tickets. I then explained to him that it purchased through ticketek, he then went and asked his boss - tells me that they are presnetly at the card factory being printed and that if I dont have it by next monday I should call them  to chase up - woul dhave been good to have by season start and if as a club member you get special access to Nix Website why cant they give you login details now?

By the sound of it, I probably had the same guy on the phone. He said exactly the same things. Call Brenda on Phoenix hotline. she'll be able to tell you where you membership/tickets are at.

Packs arrived this morning. 'bout time.

Memo to Ticketek- you are not enhancing Phoenix fans' anticipation of the forthcoming season.

 Mine has still not arrived yet, even though my mate's has - we bought them on the same day.  I e-mailed Brenda and she told me she's chasing up the card company to find out where the pass is, haven't heard anything more.  Also told her to get it delivered to my office as no doubt they'd turn up at my apartment when there is nobody there.

Bit of a farce, I bought mine at least a month ago, if not longer.

Don't let them get it right as it may be a bad P'Man

still waiting for my wifes card to arrive..despite mine coming two weeks ago and both bought at the same time. been assured that its on its way buit time is moving on!!!

Finally picked up my pass from the couriers yesterday. So now have the two ready to go. Woohoo!

Fired up!

Mine arrived last Friday. Best pack yet from the club. Very happy with it. Only thing missing is a players card for our new Belgium striker. (And a Keyring for the pedantic fans). Pleasant surprise to receive a scarf.

Brought my tickets in August and still haven't seen them. Got the same line about chasing up the card company however, I'm getting a bit nervous

Poor bugger. Know how you feel from previous seasons experiences! Hope it turns up soon.

 Yay, at least they weren't stolen.But, paper tickets again for first home game. pretty sure that's three years in a row.

Mine arrived today!  Don't give up hope people!  And the quality of the pack for the price will soon cheer you up!

My brothers Flexi Six Pack tickets arrived today.

feckin'hoorah! picked mine up from NZ couriers depot this morning.... wearing cool new scarf in the office and not taking it off until AFTER Saturday's game

Hotline doesn't even have a tracking number for my tickets. O dear

 Got all of our season passes, with two arriving last week and one earlier this week. What's the deal with being Foundation Members again this year? I see it's still referenced in the T&Cs:

"Foundation Club Members are entitled to preferential invites to club functions, access to the Phoenix Lounge on Level 2 of Westpac Stadium on game day and a unique FC membership card."

Does that mean we need to get the pack of coloured wrist bands on opening day at the stadium again? We're actually going to miss the first game of the season, so can we pick up them up at the second game?
