Radelaide were absolutely rubbish before Kosmina came along, and hopefully their performance against Sydney was a one-off.

Often seems to happen that the arrival of a new coach lifts a team for a one-off, then the hard work of transition begins.
Hope this is one of those things.

Sounds like Lochhead may well return and start.

Would prefer Lochhead on the bench, we have looked good at the end of the Victory game, and the Jets game with this formation. I would like to keep it for the meantime.

No way, it should be: Lochhead in, Muscat into defensive mid, Brown to the bench, leave Lia at RB.

But knowing Ricki, despite the great looking team play last match, the reality will be: Lochhead in, Lia to mid, Muscat to RB, Smith to bench or out.

Oh and bring back Paston.

Hardly. We won there early this year, and have only lost there once since. An away win is much more overdue, as the Hindmarsh win was our last one.

Id play same team, Lochhead on bench for Giffiths or downey.

Hmm, don't really agree with this, thought he struggled positionally, especially in the first half. Only the Jest crapness saved him from being very exposed a few times in the first half.

I'm based in Adelaide and heading to the game this Friday.
I met a couple of you at the Adelaide game last season, and the All Whites game this year. Would be great to meet some more for a drink before the game then head down.
So, are you guys doing anything before and can a lost kiwi come along?? :P

I would definately be starting Sanchez, Smith and one other in the central midfield role. Could be Manny, Brown, Ward or Lia but not two of them. And I think Muscat complements Smith and Sanchez better than the other two. Lia has done OK at right back and I would be keen on seeing Downey there at some stage to let Manny get back to the midfield for the rest of the season. If Lochead is fit this is as good a time as any to start that.

everyone keeps saying check the forums, but I can't work ny way around them

Agree with this - if Sanchez and Smith can make up the goals that Brown was getting from midfield over the past couple of season then there's really no reasonable justification to keep Brown in the starting line-up.

Maybe Leo in for Ward just because we're away from home and Leo is a better defender. Don't think we need defensive cover, Brown can come on, push Smith to CDM and Manny to Defence.

Pav Sanchez Ward does look like an effective bench if we were just to tire them out and sweep the bench.

I'd like to see Bertos given a break. Last season when he was getting a bit ho - hum he got dropped and came back strongly so I think it will be a good thing for him to ride the pine for a couple of weeks

think lochhead should be bench and get muscat to start there with smith in dm, then for last 20 or 30 minutes bring on lochhead for smith

I'm somewhat baffled. It could mean there are just too many players and he misses out in a close call. Or could it be there is a high profile import player about to arrive?

Even if there is, you don't leave Smith behind. Ricki you are being bloody stupid

If you are about to replace him it would be a bit odd to be playing him ahead of other fit players who are at more or less the same level.
