We are to slow at moving the ball, getting swamped when we take to much time on it without going anywhere.

Roar seem to have more numbers in defence and attack.

Looks to me like our wide midfielders aren't tracking back enough leaving Brisbane with 4 on 2 in the midfield

Ifill looking more livey but I struggle to see where a oal is going to come from. Brisbane are closing us down quick and then are rapid on atteck.

Probably a fair point. We are definitely missing Lochhead, once again him being out shows how important he actually is to the side despite what a vocal number think.

I don't understand how we can leave so many unmarked players in our box. Even when Broich was toying with North he simply cut a 45 degree ball back to Kosta at the top of the box and was completely unmarked. We really need to tighten it up.

A little unfair there. Broich was looking to work the angle for the shot or even get right around him but - admittedly by the skin of his teeth - he held him up and forced him to pass infield. Not North's fault that no one picked up Kosta. Frankly I prefer North wide than Siggy, who has looked the best of the defenders so far. Durante and Manny are both making silly errors.

North hasn't been poor but very average. I do now understand, though, what many were saying on Australian forums when they questioned how a man like North can get over 30 caps for his country.

Pity the crowd is terrible. Under 5 000 certainly.

Roar are a very good team though, and unfortunately we are a mediocre one whose limitations are being ruthlessly exposed.
