Fallon would have been a decent signing, if we didnt already have big mac. He would only marginally offer something more, definitely not dynamic enough to rip it up n the a-league. Killen had the potential though.

So maybe Elliott? That doesnt excite me too much tbh. Neither does Fallon.
Jamal Johnsn does though

Very unlikely, considering he wrote "that may or may not be a lie" right below it.

Did he play at Timisoara at the same time as Jon McKain? If so, it's a possibility.

But if you click the wikipedia page he linked to it says this

"On 13 August 2010 he was loaned out to FK Khazar Lankaran with option to buy him at end of the season."

I hoping for a midfielder. It's where we need some depth. I loath seeing Lia on the park (mind you, the countdown is on until his 5 yellow card suspension), and Brown has gone all closet-striker. Need someone to give us an option other than 'giving it a Siggy' on attack as well as someone who can hold up the opposition in defence.

If we get Rory, will he and Leo be getting one of those golf carts and putting a MAORIS ONLY sign on it again?

From our friends at Wikipedia:

Rory Fallon is a Christian who is involved with the charity faith and football. He has revealed that he moves clubs based on what God tells him. He told the Guardian: "One club has come in for me, but I don't feel the Lord wants me to go. I will wait on what the Lord says. I don't feel I have got a clear message to leave yet, so I'm staying. I'm instructed by the Lord, and I keep telling people this. They probably think I'm mad, but I know full well that when Paul Sturrock came in and wanted me to go to Southend I had a dream and the Lord told me to stay at Plymouth. I have had no instructions since so I stay at Plymouth."

I wonder what would happen if Geoff Lord at Melbourne Victory contacted him?

As I've said elsewhere: it may well be the will of the good Lord, his son Jesus Christ and their insubstantial friend the Holy Spirit that Rory have a bad year or two of football, to teach him humility. Jesus likes humility, right?

Would depend on whether he got through, or just left a message.

22 Aug 1:28pm So everyone in Plymouth hates Fallon. Hey Rory, God called, he wants you to come to Wellington as our marquee striker.

Surely he should be starting to see the a-league as a better option than League 1 or worse. Premier league ain't gunna happen.

But aren't A-league transfer deadlines different? Plus they will confirm it today, so he wouldn't be on a list of confirmed transfers.
