Torres two amazing goals. Lucas a midfield beast... something that I hope to continue and didn't really expect.

Oh and Martin Kelly, well done. When I saw Malouda starting up against Kelly, with the form Florent has been in I thought he would give Martin a heap of trouble. But Kelly played really well.

Great result, and even better to see Torres pull his socks up and make a couple count in a big game.

It'll be interesting to see what Carra's reaction is if/when Roy is replaced? Article talks of Roys loss of power since NESV arrived and Purslow has gone. Same could be said about Carra too, it's no wonder he signed that 2 year extension at the 11th hour.

^Meh. I'm sure, like us they're on the cautious side after being bit by those two clowns but I'm also sure over the next several months Henry, Comolli and Co will be laying out their plans and I'm certain they'll have a couple of targets for January as they'll need to show some sort of intent. Can't see us spending large in Jan but if we can score one or two players I'm sure Pepe and Nando would want to stay.

Yeah, could just be a ploy by Pepe to get the owners to start spending..
