We Mac story purposely release early so CCM were not disadvantaged by sale/contracted player mix up.

Yeah I found it a little cryptic. If he's saying that it was leaked so that CCM knows whats going on and can recruit accordingly then why not just tell them?

Sounds like this rumour of CCM contracts being voided in the change of ownership is true. McGlinchey hasn't signed a new one, hence the argument over who owns him. 

I thought the FFA had some form of central contract?

No other club can match our offer for Wee Mac without offering him a marquee deal. Hopefully this gets signed and sealed asap, so we can get our last visa player.
