I want Thurston to be cleared. So that when the blues win the final game we can say we beat the best.

That and it's a sham if he doesn't play. Showcases some pretty blatant inconsistency from the NRL, there will be a sh*t storm.

Fuck this stupid game

I saw a similar thing happen at a club rugby game on Saturday. Blindside move off the back of a scrum, but the Tawa blindside flanker put the shoulder into the ref to make sure that he knew he was in the way. The ref went flying. Pretty amusing to watch. I wonder if he'll get charged as well. Ha!

Some changes are injury-enforced, some are just plain dumb:

Warriors: Lance Hohaia, Bill Tupou, Lewis Brown, Shaun Berrigan, Manu Vatuvei, James Maloney, Brett Seymour, Russell Packer, Aaron Heremaia, Jacob Lillyman, Feleti Mateo, Simon Mannering, Elijah Taylor. Interchange (from): Shaun Johnson, Jeremy Latimore, Sione Lousi, Alehana Mara, Ben Matulino, Steve Rapira.

oh yay bill tupou
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Wait so who is injured?

And that is a lot of changes midway through the season.

Tupou is pure rubbish
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Locke and Fish injured just read. The Fish didn't last long.

Surely you wouldn't drop Inu he has not been playing that bad. At least chuck him on the wing.

SACK CLEARY

Inu and Johnson shouldn't have been dropped, and I agree, Tupou is useless
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago

Great display by the guys brought in today, Seymour gave away 2 pentiles, knock ons, tupou is beyond useless, lance useless, however if you knock it on four times on the first you deserve to go down

r kicking game is terrible
amzing how u can drop inu and shaun for those muppets
mateo was r best and he spends the first 20 mins on the bench M.S Dhoni2011-06-26 15:44:43

I quite liked the idea of Mateo coming from the bench. He added spark when there defense was tiring.

The difference today was there recovering defense we had our fair share or line breaks and should have finished them off.

Cleary going? even after he's said he'd see out his contract....Penrith's gain by the sound of things.

Queenslander 3x a year.

Yep to be announced this morning some time

Good coach, but not really sad that he is leaving. The team needed some change up top, they are under performing with the talent they have.

Hopefully the new coach can bring back some of the attacking excitement they used to play with, but keeping the discipline Cleary brought to the club.

I would go for McClennnan ahead of Iro.

I would probably be the same, although his motivational skills may be lacking after a short period of time. As for Cleary, wish we could have got Sheens at the start of the year far superior coach.
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
I have always found Cleary to make some bizarre decisions with his line up. I wish him well but I think he new his time was going to be up at the warriors.

Please don't sign IRO

still no inu
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Inu was dropped for the last game due to disciplinary resaons. Strong rumour is that he's not putting it in at training. Fact he isn't in this weekend's team suggests it's more about what is or isn't happening off the park than what he's been doing on it.

I hear a rumour that Jeremy Latimore off to the Dragons

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

I don't want to click that link as I know what it is, but I have to ask...
... Is that website coincidentally named or is it a website full of similar subject matter?

Warriors back on there winning ways
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Not the greatest game, but good to see how much better we look with Johnson and Locke back in the team. Impressed with Mannering Mateo and Taylor too.
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Johnson had a shocker
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
I wouldn't say a shocker, not his best game, but I'd rather have an attacking Johnson making mistakes than Seymour
over 14 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Yeah true, I like how quick Johnson is to

24-4 halftime to the Warriors.

There have been some bizarre decisions by the refs in this game
