Garbs73 you make some good points. However I need to challenge your comment about TW not playing Youth. Obviously at today's game there was a good sprinkling floating about the ground and in the Dug-out?

Maybe the Wee Nixes moving on have been told they don't have a future with the club. Nothing new in pro football environments

Yeah it makes sense that Weenix would have a turnover of players every year.

Reed - Lower Hutt

Reiner - Napier

Benn - Upper Hutt

David - Upper Hutt

rumour has it that Chris Campbell will be donning the gloves for stop out this season, as the gk merry-go-round continues with every central league team having a new gk this season

Just saw on Transfers page that James McPeake transferrred to Olympic from Overseas and then the same day went to Wests from Olympic...interesting

Probably just tried to transfer from Olympic to Wests then realised his previous transfer hadn't cleared so followed that up then both went through on the same day.

Fuck this stupid game

Where is this transfers page everyone keeps talking about?

The application date was a week apart, but it was finalised on the same day. Whatever that means.

Must have a talk with Bill Rob.   Didn't realise that he was changing our keeper for the coming season.

Olympic - Central Utd 1:0. Birhanu Taye scored in the 87th minute. A rather even game I thought.

who are people picking? Olympic? Wests? Rovers?

Without seeing any of the preseason stuff I'm picking Stop Out to jump into contention this year.

1   Rovers

2   Stop Out

3   Wairarapa

4   Miramar

5   Wellington United

6   Olympic

7   Wests

8   Lower Hutt

9   Petone

10 Palmy Marist

Edit: Fixed 4th place

Rovers have had very little turnover of players from their league winning team last year. Maybe they won't runaway with it like last year but they are definitely going to be hard to beat.

Tough to split top three but agree with Feverish (that feels weird) it'll be Wests, Rovers and Greeks. Rapa, and Mar tucked in behind with Petone, Stop Out and Weenix also there or therabouts.  Lower Hutt and Palmy to battle it out at the bottom.

rumour has it that Lower Hutt have brought in an American to play this season, also Harry edge has appeared at western suburbs training.

It also appears it isn't all sunshine and rainbows at Olympic for young Bouzoukis rumour has it that he has been dropped to the reserves for having a poor attitude, potentially the same reason his stay at diamonds wasn't extended

Wonder if his dad is supportive of him getting that treatment?

Wests also brought in twins, one of which played MLS. Both look decent yo be fair. Harry played 2nd half against Samoa tonight where Wests won 5-1 odd.

Don't believe all you hear about Bouzoukis. He been scoring goals for fun in Hilton Petone against all the teams in Karori's division.

Watched Palmy Marist over the weekend and talking with some guys from the club they have a rather new looking central league squad. So far they have signed  Cooksley, Margetts and Borren from Rapa, Jerram Tuck from Mar. And are working on getting Seule Soromon from Rapa aswell

1. Stop Out

2-10. Some others.

Optimist.

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.
