Looks like I spoke too soon about Auckland being clearly the best team in the comp. But the 2nd pen, to me Pijnaker got to the ball first and then Mauk just falls over his leg.

Plenty of drama in both AFC verus Adelaide games this season

What a game. While Adelaide were always coming from behind they probably deserved a point.

Importantly, AFC still 8 points ahead but at least they are not completely running away with it and it is still in play.

Think the crowds will keep on coming 10 goals in two games. Definitely entertained.

First decision I didn’t agree with at all, second was genuinely horseshark. How on earth can a referee take one look at Mauk and call that a pen - even ignoring the fact Francois was fouled in the buildup?
