The Central Coast Mariners have confirmed that two academy players have left the club to join other A-League clubs, with Pat Beach and Josh Hong departing the Central Coast.
Beach will join City on what is believed to be a three-year deal to provide competition for the A-League squad, with Tom Glover set to depart the premieres.
The other departure for the club is defender Josh Hong, who will link up with former Mariners Academy coach Andrew Christiansen at the Western Sydney Wanderers.

Signed him from WSW, put 1 seasons development into him & sell him to Bayern. Not a bad result for CCM.

They also picked up Triantis off WSW & sold him after a season.

Large number of Aussie ALM players making moves to Europe this off season. Pretty impressive and good luck to them.

Turns out that Tilio/Southampton rumour was just crossed wires involving Matt le Tissier 'revealing' the truth behind Shane Warne's passing and some Aussies online reading a bit much into it...

Yikes all around!

Sounds like Tilio to Celtic is a done deal & might even beat Bos' record transfer

I wouldn't believe it if you told me 12 months ago that CCM would be holding out for a million for Silvera.

Tillio transfer worth more than Bos one apparently. Melbourne C with over 4m in transfer this year.

I wonder how close they are to breaking even?

And second how much money in transfers has the A League generated this year?

That is a good question. CCM reportedly wants 1.5m for Silvera, so I wonder if that breaks the Tilio record if they get that.
