Yes.

If you have tickets for anywhere in the stadium, at Phoenix matches you can go to the window (I think it's 18) and swap them for seats in the Fever Zone (quite a few people made use of this last year) for example.  I'm guessing you could do it with members tickets as well.

Come back to me nearer the season and we'll ask the club for you.

Awesome, thanks a lot for your help. I was annoying sometimes during the season showing them my members ticket and being told I can't go to the Fever Zone/

Can be done as HN suggested.

Yeah, I did that with my season pass a few times last year.

Spotted yesterday that my credit card had been charged with (almost) the full amount ($520 out of $538.50 for family renewal) when I had ticked box for part payment (and $10 had been added as a charge for this).

Rang up sh*ticketek this morning to be told that their system shows a part payment has been taken (but of course that should have been less than 96% of the payment!!).  They are looking into it and will ring me back, but I would suggest others check their statements if like me you had planned for paying this off over a longer period!!   Oh dear.....

Mine was't quite that bad... I selected part payment also, and out of the $235 or so, they charged $97 something.

I am not sure how they broke $235 into 3 lots of 97. But it pays to check your card in case it's getting maxed out.

Why did it take Ticketek so long to process my credit card? I rang the bank thinking someone had used it, its been ages!!!

Botafogo - Rio de Janeiro and Wellington Phoenix, my two teams til death do us part.

I signed up around 10 June and got a call from Ticketek late last week to confirm aisle/row/seat numbers.  Just got an order confirmation today by email but as yet nothing showing on my credit card.So it looks like a good three weeks or so for processing.

That makes some sense, as I recall that it said on the site that it would be taken in 3 payments (although somewhere else it also mentioned taking it in 2 lots!!).  They never rang me back (yet) either!

Rang up Ticketek chasing this today as had not heard anything. Shelley told me that due to a cockup all the renewals had been charged the full amount by mistake (instead of the one third part payment it should have been).  The matter had been passed to HQ in Australia to sort out, and she had no idea how long it would take for refunds to be made (I told her it can't have happened to everyone as Ard Righ says he/she has been charged only a third of theirs).  When I expressed concern at delay, she offered to get the Manager to make a manual refund which hopefuly will be done quicker (i'm not holding my breath on this!)  Suggest you check your credit card statements carefully everyone!!

First I'd heard that ticketeck are Aussie - that explains a lot - perhaps their continual screwups of Nix season tickets is a deliberate attempt to sabotage our fan base and thus indirectly help the Aussie teams!!

Just like last year, I opted to go for the part payment plan. Contrary to popular belief I am not flush with cash at the best of times, and now that I have a baby inbound to suck any remaining liquidity dry before it even hits my wallet, I need as much cash on hand as I can get.

Hence why I paid the extra 10 bucks to go for a part payment option. Being a tight so-and-so, the price of renewing my membership was quoted as being $243.50 (I went from being a Phoenix lounge member in season 1, to gold last year, to silver this year. Whats the next rung below this?).

Ticketek informed me that they would be sucking $121.75 of my hard earned cash from my credit card in June, and another $121.75 in July.

The June payment never happened.

Sensing something was wrong, and remembering that the Ticketek wonders did this to me last season, I got on the ol' telephone and called the friendly staff at T-tek. They informed me that they would sort it out.

Yesterday, $225 - or the amount for a Silver membership - was extracted from my credit account. No part payment fee, no $8.50 "transaction fee", just the $225.

So, apart from having a big chunk suddenly lodged against my credit card I think I am up on this deal. But I do have to wonder if this is an imminent sign of things to come. It is getting closer to the start of the season and I still havent seen my season ticket yet...not that I am really expecting it this far out but when I ask for part payment and don't get it...followed by not getting my tickets in the mail...makes me slightly nervous.

Well they maxed out my Visa because of this, ironically I don't want a refund now because my stupid bank will charge me three transaction charges, plus interest instead of just the one. I probably shouldn't have charged it to my card in the first place if I couldn't afford to put the whole ticket on there I hear some saying blah blah blah, but when that option was offered to me in MAY when I renewed, I did have the $240-odd bucks available. If they offer a service with a $10 charge then I should probably expect to get it...

Three years in a row. ****ing ***less. Seriously, are we allowed to boycott Ticketeks fee? They have had 3 years to get this right.

didn't Tony P mention in another thread that the packs are being sent out soon, so that the $25 voucher at the store arrives before the official opening??

Well, checked my card statement, since the original charge in early June, no further charges have been made.

I checked Ticketek site, it says the order is "closed", but I have no email, no phone call, no anything saying WTF is up

Looks like I'll have to try phoning to see what they're doing.

OK, I rang the members line today, asked them what's up with the part payment options...

From what they told me on the phone - those members who renewed within the early-renewal period - should have the 2nd charge on the CC 'in the next few days' and the last payment charge early August.

For new members, those who selected part payments, sounds like you might get a charge some time in September (!). Something about how the system is setup etc.

Oh, and something about packs being mailed out soon.

Thanks for that.  Not complaining about not being charged yet and September seems good compared with right now after some unexpected bills.  I guess I can sell it to the family as an early Christmas present...

season pass arrived yesterday in the mail...good to have it well before season starts, came with the $25 voucher at the new store.
I'm wondering though, does the membership pack actually include other stuff like last year? I'm sure theres a membership badge and the like, but there has been no info about it.

We got our season tickets when everyone else did but there was a problem.... There was about 14 of us getting our seasons together. Some are in there old gold seats. Some are in different gold seats. Some are in fever but none together! We all stated we wanted Yellow Fever as well.

My mate rung up they said to talk to the phoenix and they said they will try and sort it out.
Anyone else had this issue?

Ha!  When it comes to extracting the shekels there isn't much down time.  My credit card took a hit last week and the family season pass is now paid for (at least in Tickitek's eyes).

Just waiting for the season passes themselves...

So my disposable income has been disposed well and truly.  Anyone in the market for a kidney?  One careful owner, only driven to the shops.  Could throw in a steak to go with it...

Further to my 'larger than I thought it was going to be' picture (which was me trying to order my fiancee's season ticket), I noticed that the ticketek website forms 'remembered' my credit card and other personal details for me. All I had to do was double-click on the form and out dropped my details.

Not very good if I was using a shared computer to order these tickets.

I think I might have to start a "I hate ticketek" thread just for my moaning sessions.

I feel completely stupid for asking this, but are there separate form for printing for those that need to physically mail them in? Or do you just fill out the member details page and print that off?

something along the lines of..

"We're sorry, due to the excessive amount of people renewing their memberships, all our lines are busy. Please leave your name, number and membership number and someone WILL get back to you"

Hmmmm...

Hmmm indeed!

Interestingly when I was called to see about seat and ailse numbers I couldn't get the seats we had in Aisle 24 last season as just casuals.

Looking at the membership meter stuck around 1800 I thought that a lot of the renewing members were not YF-zone.

Our seats area lot further up the stand than last season so I'll be interested to see how full aisles 23 and 24 are, closer to the pitch.

If I was to order one in a couple of weeks or so, when do you reckon I would receive it?

Also, anyone know walk up prices this year because depending on what they are could be the difference maker.

Update: My credit card got credited on 6th July with four refunds of $130 (this does add up to the total of $520 that was taken in error, but it bemuses me that Ticketek seem to have to do everything in such a cock-eyed way!).  Of course this just missed my statement date (in spite of me ringing every day giving them a daily countdown!) meaning I've had to pay it off the card anyway to avoid interest charges (hence mucking up something else!)  and will now have a credit on the card this month (fat lot of use that is!).

Now you've probably guessed the next part! Yes they now have taken no money from me at all, so of course I'm now worried that I'll never actually get to see any season tickets!

On 15th July Shelley told me that the first payment of 3 ($190.10) would be charged to my card asap. I'm sure you can guess the next bit too - no payment taken yet! (though of course internet banking can be pretty slow in showing up credit card payments).

I thought I'd leave it for a week (I actually hate hassling people!), but now I'm really getting worried, and having left messages for Shelley 2 days running without a response (initially hilarious message about how they are too busy dealing with the rush of season ticket customers is now getting quite offensive after a few listens!) I am now getting well pissed off.

I must say I am definitely not blaming Shelley as she has always been polite and helpful - it's just that she has the misfortune to work for the most cack-awful un-customer-friendly operation on the planet (my words not hers) - I suspect she's gone off sick with stress, or just can't face having to talk to me and apologise yet again!

Tony P surely you can't be happy with this awful shambolic outfit who reflect so badly on the Nix - love the club, hate the crappy ticketing agency, don't expect to get season tickets before season starts
