Mine came late, but the Phoenix management were very good and it was all sussed in about a week. Apart from the phone call in the middle of class  I thought they were really efficient and helpful.

the season has officially started and a grown man waits,(for his f**ken ticket)tonyp stepped in to help me but i am sorry to say tony ticketek has let you down i have heard several times that this has been sorted and i know you have talked to ticketek on my behalf but i still do not have my ticket so sorted it is not,
i have no toys left in my cot to throw out and like mike i bring others to games from wanganui and people i know in wellington if i do not come then i doubt my mates would bother i booked my pass on the very first day we could renew to avoid this type of thing from happening and i actually praised ticketek for getting my ticket to me well before the season started and then it all went horribly wrong and all the promises and lies i have recieved from ticketek have just made me bitter and twisted towards them.i still do not believe all this could happen because ticketek forgot to charge a $ 6.00 booking fee.it could of been sorted by phoning me and sorted it out over 10 minutes instead they have totally screwed me over.i could go on and on like many of you probably feel i am already doing i am off now but watch this space.

You have every right to go on and on. Still find it amazing that the club arnt all over this.You just have to wonder how many there are out there who havent shown your patience and have just given up.

Yeah man. Its tough luck that this is happened to you. I know we can expect a vast drop in ticket numbers next year if Ticketek is still on board.

I've still not got our our season tickets and we renewed as soon as we could (in June I think) - the service is awful, and I don't expect to receive the tickets before the season starts.  We do currently have one part charge (for the right amount) actually made against our credit card last week without it being credited back on again yet, so I have a tiny smidgen of hope that a miracle may occur next week. It does seem that some people have received their tickets OK, although there are clearly a few of us who haven't from postings on here.  I do wonder how many others there may be who have just given up, but we'll never know.

Good to see the memberships up 200 from last week. Hopefully we can get a result in Newcastle and see that number jump before the 1st home game.

ordered 3 tickets first week of July, recevied a confirmation email - but still no tickets,  got to wonder if I will receive anything before the season starts, even a acknowledgement  letter or instructions on how to get tickets for the first match would be a start.

pass finally arrived today still feel ticketek have to go, turned a very minor problem into a major headache that took so long to resolve.

still waiting for mine.  Rang Ticketek members lineand received an automatic message that informed me that due to the large number of new members and membership renewals, that they couldn't take my call.  Will call again tomorrow morning.... and maybe tomorrow afternoon.

As for inaugural membership, 8 of us signed up for the inaugural year, of which 5 of us have renewed yet again.  2 of the other 3 are abroad, so they have an excuse.

Still no sign of tickets, rang ticketek who advised me they are still to be generated(or something like that) and they got my address wrong, so they are issuing paper tickets for this weeks game, nice of them to let me know, if I hadnt rung I wouldnt have been advised.

I renewed my season pass at the first opportunity and it's still not here two months later, "sent off for processing" apparently so I get posted paper tickets..... oh joy.

I rang Ticketek a few times and finally got through this afternoon and spoke to one of the carbon blobs there and she said I should get my plastic pass before the game, but that she would add my name to the growing list of people, who also don't have their plastic passes, and we'd get paper tickets sent out.  They are doing a mail run daily.  So given the 2-3 days it takes to get mail, get on the list!!!  The woman also said that the seaon passes are done by another company that print the plastic. 
 
Seriously I could do this job myself in my spare time and still get people their passes and if they were delayed actually let them know and not treat them like they don't matter.

What an absolute joke, have just moved down to Welly after flying down from AKL 4 times last year, looking forward to getting my season ticket and bedding down amongst fellow nutters in the YF zone

Ticketek took the money off my credit card 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Obviously not as bad as other but f**k me they are cutting it fine

Nope, he's one of the 5... well, he should be.  Knowing him, he probably *still* hasn't re-subscribed yet.  Boof is the one of the 3 who isn't abroad... all though he is pretty broad.

Still no courier............

Just tried calling them to find out why they haven't charged the final payment to my CC..... phone rings and rings for a few minutes before finally going through to the "We're too busy" message, and then .... nothing.

So looks like I will be spending a bit of time on the phone this afternoon to get one of the muppets to advise what the f**k is going on.

Finally got through to a human at Ticketek.

Despite them successfully being able to charge the credit card I listed on the mailed-in reapplication form, they had completely failed to take a note of all the new address information etc that I filled in.  Wrong phone number, wrong address, wrong email.

I have a paper ticket coming in the post for this weekends game, and they are going to forward the correct details to the season ticket printers (which incidentally, is NOT Ticketek).  The very helpful lass told me to call again next week if I haven't received my membership card.  And you can bet I will.

-ing hopeless, the lot of them (well, except for the poor lass who I was grumpy with), but at least I'll be able to go to the game without forking out any more money for a ticket (which I would have done anyway).

OK, so I ring sh*ttytek to find out what's going on... they say they're going to send out paper tickets and push through the final payment for the season membership.

I hang up the phone, and strangely enough the final payment amount for my membership has been charged to my CC.

So why the hell they couldn't have done that without my calling them I don't know... but we'll see if the season pass or paper tickets arrive in time for Sunday.

Finally.

Received both our tickets today, after I sent a somewhat whinging letter to Ticketek 2 days ago. Unfortunately (well, actually fortunately) I CC'd TonyP into the letter - and suddenly I was ticketeks best customer ever.

Really didn't want to have to get our clubs CEO into my little problem, but it got a result I suppose.

 good news, its good to know someone wants to help,ticketek put us through all that sh*t when a simple phone call or email could of resolved the issues much quicker than cancelling our tickets and reissuing new ones.
mind you i guess a double voucher is a bit of an extra bonus if you have the cash to spend.

I got my season membership card today, with the voucher. And they only charged my CC yesterday afternoon.

So after much nashing and grinding of teeth, I have my card to get in for the first home game.

Still not impressed with sh*ttytek's service.

Ordered mine this morning, seemed painless enough. Lady said they will send me out my paper ticket tomorrow and card should be around in the next couple of weeks. Painless, wish it was like that for all of you guys!
