Actually I take that back. Just got a response from ticketek acknowledging the error and on their way to crediting a refund. Pretty decent response time actually. rjmiller2011-07-21 10:26:17

They seem to have charged everyone the wrong amount. they are going to reverse everyone's credit card charge and rerun them all at the right amount. We don't need to phone them up individually.

Tax refund of $154.99 so if I can somehow fundraise an extra $0.01 then I'll be able to renew my membership. loyalgunner2011-07-26 13:15:09

Close. That booking fee will get ya.

Just renewed my seat that I've never sat in before

Maybe if there was a little more flexibility in the benchwarmer + 1 ticket option.... More "Out of Towners" would purchase them....

Unfortunately the +1 ticket can only be used at the Cake Tin and not for the other "Home games" a la Christchurch last year and Auckland this year....

I understand that logistically this may be difficult as other venues may be ticketed by the competition but the inflexibility has stopped a few that I know purchasing a membership

That being said my bench-warmer is on the way

Season ticket purchased.  How many days should we expect to wait before it arrives?

We requested a change of seats (called up on the first day of the sale) - got confirmation of our order (no seat numbers yet) yesterday - just under two weeks.

Only 72 days to go before kick-off.

If we want to renew but change seats, how do we choose where we want our new seats to be?
Permalink Permalink

Best to ring up and say where you want to be.  You have to wait until all the renewing memberships (same seats) have been processed and then they look at slotting you in to as close to where you want.

Last season we got rung up and were told what seats were available when we shifted from A23 to A24.

Probably already been answered, had a quick search but don't have time to trawl through entire thread.

My wife and I have been season ticket holders since game 1, We moved to Hawkes Bay so we can't really do a season ticket this season but still keen on keeping the bench warm, but can't see a benchwarmer option. Do I have to call up? Or am I being dumb?

Got Told 3 times by ticketek that I could not use it in any other place other than the cake tin. This was when I called and ordered the membership and twice when I tried to redeem it for the Christchurch game...

We've asked for a seat change too, and I'm getting a bit nervous about this (heard nothing).
Spent last season surrounded by some utter knobheads (one in particular: you know the type, the sort that explains every move on the pitch to his first-timer mate, but actually doesn't know sh*t from sugar about football- utterly punchable.....
And then there's the group of gobsh*tes behind us who kept making "ironic" anti-Phoenix comments at every game- even more punchable......
And don't even start me on the farkwits in front.......
People down in front of us seemed to having a much better time every game.
We want to break free
Are we there yet?

Oh dear I'm afraid I have the same thing as well - a letter finally arrives with someone elses name and member ship number. So how do you find your own membership request - put an advertisement in the Dom Post maybe? Sort of goes with another season when they got the name right but sent it to the wrong suburb. Not exactly leading to confidence in signing up again.

So is this their way for us to get to meet new people, we all stand on the concourse at the stadium  first game with placards like they do at the airport "Mr Bob Smith and family"  and do a swap of season passes before entry
I returned mine to sender
