To answer your question: who know? No one on this forum. Cone of Silence stuff from the club at the moment. Frustrating? You bet.
Add it to the long list of frustrations we fans have with the club at the moment.

And notice no mods have been on here.

They probably feel lied to more than most after Domes statements on the podcast

Yeah I'm done hopelessly coming back looking for any news, pissed off immeasurably with the lack of movement. Way to alienate us

Don't think I've ever disagreed with anything you've said, and that hasn't changed with this comment either. Roll on the world cup, I can't be arsed with all this drama

If a shared base between say Campbeltown and Wellington is the future, then it will only be a newbie Aussie coach keen to get his first gig. Nobody else would engage with such a cockamamie scheme. And not a big name Aussie coach either.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

thank you man!

Can’t even bring myself to get too much into the world cup, this Phoenix fiasco’s taken the fun out of football for a while. Past the point of joking about it and there’s really not much hope when the Mariners have already signed seven players and there are at least two clubs off the top of my head who have sacked coaches after us, brought in new ones, and have already signed quality players. Cheers Nix, keep being you xoxo

Yeah if the owners want to finish with the club they have gone about it in a strange way. Death by silence.

Feels like forever since we’ve had a coach.

Starting to give up hope that we’ll even sign one at this point!

It was only a month ago when we played our last match. Greenacre was in charge and not doing to bad a job of it considering.

Still in that time other clubs have sacked coaches hired others and started re-signing players.

It's now been many weeks, not the two we were promised and then two we were promised again. This is a mess

Yup. Now they're not hiring one so they can't make the same mistake again.

Ever the optimist, I ask: maybe the Nix aren't talking to the press because they're too busy getting the new coach sorted?

Looking at Dura's trip around the MLS (good instagram to follow) he seems keen in staying in the game, either in an admin or coaching capacity going by the people he has been meeting.

A course of antibiotics should clear that right up.

Are the coach drivers on strike in Welly?

No the coach drivers are not on Strike but the governing body has allowed the moving of the Franchise to 2 independent content providers and we have to wait till July to find out the full impact of their methodology, Playing style and accept they are based in to different environments and different coaches and players to deliver the game.

Have WSW announced a new coach yet?

Is Rudan still an option now that SFC have gone with Corica?

Perhaps not, but are they going to fold?  Are they going through the same as us?

I don't think so.

Do they appear to be a mickey mouse club?
