Nah those comments were on 442.

There were comments on here as well - one was about Cunningham storming out of training, another was about Boyd being blackmailed to sign a new contract, and another was Boxall wasn't happy.

There is also the rumour that Brockie is looking at a contract in Malaysia.

Yeah I just read them, but do we think this Viper is a fever poster? Point the finger at someone then. If it is someone on here then they should man up and admit to airing our dirty laundry in public.

Yeah saw that one. Was meaning the training/Cunningham and Boxall one.

This is the one that I have found re: Boyd

http://www.yellowfever.co.nz/categories/wellington...

However there was another one that was more explicit about him being blackmailed into signing a new contract, can't track it down.

I also can't track down the one about Cunningham storming out of training, the search here could be improved. Someone said something about Cunningham pulling a Hernandez and then it was said that he stormed out of training when he was told he was going to play in the reserve team.

That one is referring to a previous post I think.

That one's me and refers to a post somewhere that's since been deleted.

Probably the one that I read as well, about Boyd being blackmailed by being told he wont play until he signs a new contract?

The one about Boxall was just someone saying Boxall isn't happy either but gave no reasons why.

holy shit. little hard to believe. hope its not true, but where there is smoke there is fire....   Still can't see why boyd wouldnt want to sign a contract here..... the cunningham one shows maybe he is a bit like Hernandez after all. and Boxall just needs to wait his turn, it will come soon enough.

Some of the best players in the world have been one footed.

Then why hang that out there when it has fuck all reference to Tyler Boyd? Your point was completely irrelevant .

If I was Tyler Boyd, and I knew that my mate from a coupla years ago at Waikato FC was now making it REAL big in Holland turning it on against Ajax, and PSV etc., and I knew that after RT I was easily the best player in that team from not so long ago, and I knew that Declan our mentor was pushing his and his proteges best interests, then I'd be pretty keen on giving Holland a try - especially if I couldn't even get on the subs bench with the Nix and I woz looking at playing reserves in front of 250 at the likes of Fred T, and Porrit/St Peters, and Park Island, etc. for rest of this season.

Just a thought.

You are the one that mentioned one footed players. I was not referring to TB in particular.

Based on todays article, if one were to hypothesis, could we conceivably see Cunningham bail in January and Ifill come in?

Stein Huysegems did alright in the Eredivisie - possibly the most one-footed player the world has ever seen.

Off topic but I know a dude that lives in the apartment's on college street, I said to him "oh that's handy having more wilsons and parrot dog" next door - but he said "I only drink garage project". What is this Lion vs DB? These are funking craft beers.

Glad Riera is staying, I was sure we couldn't afford him.

Does this mean we have a license past 2016?

no not yet. But it is a good sign the club is signing a player beyond the licence expiry date. Seems they are confident it will be extended.

Hopefully that's right but if nothing else it is a tangible demonstration of the owners' commitment beyond the current license expiry.

I should say does it mean we have an unanounced license extension?

You may be onto something here. On the other hand, the owners cannot just let good people go while they wait for a formal decison.

good extension - hopefully he can finish his playing days with us - from his comments it sounds as though this would be his plan. Extending it past the 2016 expiry date of our license is promising. It at least shows the clubs intent to stay around.
