You got emailed a code to redeem the tickets on the 22nd August, subject line "Unite Round: Redeem your complimentary ticket NOW! ⚽️".

If you didn't get that email, the code takes the form of Your Aisle Number, Row Letter, Seat Number, Your Two Initials

eg something like this (not a real code) 21A100RR

Interesting, I didn't get that email. Maybe it hasn't got to emailing me as of yet.

Wonder if you can claim your free ticket in conjunction with this offer, so get two free tickets

I saw it on Facebook. Two for one deal. Hopefully it gets a few more casuals along.

I bought my ticket to the game, printed it off but where's the "free" one hiding? Anyone know? Or do I just rock up and get it at the game??

The 'Find Tickets' link in the email probably included a code to unlock it. You better ring up Ticketek and see if they can add the free ticket to the one you bought.

I did a pretend purchase and when you select one ticket, it then comes up with two seats. You need to select Adult 1 + 1

I hate not been able to print tickets... have 11 for the derby, people coming from different places etc. Just let me send them off to be printed... why the actual do they all have to be scanned off of my phone.

Can you screenshot them individually and send them to each person?  It will make it easier for you.

The Ticketmaster app/website has a feature that prevents screenshots working (two little blue lines that move across the barcode). You need to send them tickets via the app/online, like you did with the FIFA WWC tickets.

Oh whoops I assumed if was Ticketek.  Thats really annoying then.

Started up the match thread early cuz the Nix have sent out an email with free codes so people can give a mate a ticket for Nixmas. Sadly the 2 for 1 deal doesn't combine with the free ticket code.

This free code is at the bottom of the email with the subject line:

  | ⚽️ Big weekend of Phoenix football + A Nixmas treat just for you !

P.S. Don't forget about your free ticket code sent out to say sorry about the scarves not arriving on time.

Sorry if this has been discussed to death and I just can't find it, but does anyone know the deal with away tickets for the Feb 22nd derby? TicketMonster doesn't show any and bays 8/9 are in grey - is it simply that they've sold out already and I've missed the boat?

I would expect they will email out a link to members again for the away bay, rather than having them on general sale.

Cheers, I'd already forgotten they did that for the first one (or maybe I'm just getting senile, that explains it too...).

On this same line of thinking - do we have any ideas on when as members we will be given the link to purchase tickets for the Feb derby?

I see they emailed us on 1st October for this one just been, so by that timeline it would be next week that we get access - just wondering if anyone has been given any indication?

Also just because I'm on a line of asking questions at the moment and I didn't go to the derby this past weekend in AKL - Was everyone treating the away bay like usual with the Fever Zone and just standing anywhere or were people generally going to their allocated seats?

TM is showing derby tickets for away supporters now, but over in section 43. Did the email to members say anything about us being moved?

I'm dubious because that section also comes up if you choose general allocated seating.

EDIT: I see my confusion now - rows A-L of 43 are general allocated seating, and only rows M-Z are marked as being for away supporters. They can't seriously be giving us such a poor allocation, so either TM has screwed up or someone's having a laugh. Also I misunderstood LG's post and thought it was about the derby, so I'm guessing the derby email hasn't actually gone out yet (unless members get it before us lowly season pass holders).

Has this allocation actually been confirmed as being correct? Not wanting to buy tickets only for it to change.

Back half of section 43 (M to Z) is the allocation they give to all the Aussie teams. I'm guessing they have just stuffed up and put it on sale as if it's any other game of the season rather than the derby

Sections 8 and 9 are greyed out and not on sale yet, and that is likely where the away section will be again

The email about the Feb derby for members hasnt been sent yet (or at least I haven't received it) but surely they can't be too far away from sending it out

Thanks, it makes a lot more sense now. Slightly worrying that those seats are still mis-labelled and around 30 have been sold, hopefully not to our Auckland-based fans who're going to find themselves stranded in a sea of blue.

I emailed the club about this last week hoping they'd give TM an earful, haven't heard back yet though.

What club did you email no point emailing the Phoenix as they have no control over where we  are put. Auckland just dosnt seem to give a shark pretty slack how they treat away fans to be honest

Fair point, I mailed the Phoenix since they link straight to TicketMonster on their matches page - but yeah in hindsight that was a bit naive. Fingers crossed the word gets out.

Last game the Phoenix struggled to get Auckland to reply to queries they raised about the away bays. They seem to be the only club in the A League that treat away fans like shark

Apparently members can expect an email in early January the club is still trying to work with Auckland on where the away bay will be. Auckland just dont seem to get or maybe want to accept that the away bay for "Derby" games  needs to be bigger than that assigned for Aussie teams.

Heads up people just went to buy my discounted carpark ticket for the game on the 28th and that game dosnt show and when i put in the carpark code didnt work.
So just did a search on Ticketec site and game came up carparks $18 dollars no code needed.
No idea why but make the most of it people.

And further to this I got an email reply from the Nix today:

"We’re still working through the details for the away bay for the Feb match.

For now it’s just bay 43 (nothing in 8-9), it’s looking likely to move but if/when that happens, everyone in bay 43 will be moved to the new spot. Nobody will be split up!

43 is on sale now for everyone as the away bay, if we do end up doing a discount again (again, this is TBC) then we will email full season members with that link, but they won’t be split into a separate area from the general public."

The away half of 43 shows as sold out now, but nice to see the club's doing its best to wrangle with AFC and look after anyone who's already booked.

I hope they do manage to get more bays as I've booked flights to Auckland for it already and have been waiting for the members' email like the last derby about when we could purchase away tickets as I wanted to wait until the 'proper' away bays got sorted for us before I bought game tickets
about 1 year ago
But also surely AFC are going to give us a proper away allocation - I've checked the ticketmaster site a bunch of times over the last few months and they have never put bays 8 and 9 on sale

Take me to long to walk there and i eould be farked after it. Some of us need to park there.

Speaking of which the game is already almost sold out. Can't see the individual seats in the South stand and port area, but if I had to guess they've already sold over 20k

Is there a link to buy in Bay 2 for the February Auckland game? Would love to get my tickets sorted early.

Many bays haven't been released yet, sections such as 8 and 9 are greyed out but haven't been put on sale at any point over the last few months. I think they just open up sections slowly to make tix look a bit more limited than they are - I'm sure it is selling well still though
