At this stage in the last three seasons Ricki had achieved 400% more points than Ernie has so far.
400%! That's a massive number. Imagine if your boss said "you can have a 400% pay-rise". You would cream yourself.
It basically means Ricki is 4 times better at coaching than Ernie.
That's probably why Ricki is still an international coach and Ernie is just a failed international coach.
