Doubt it, by the time the window opens there won't be long enough to justify it. I would think it will be Hogg joining us on the 14th.

Ian Hogg or Sam Heenan?

Clapham, Hogg or Heenan.

Hogg seems more likely I think. That Transfermarket site is not overly reliable.

Hogg or Rowe is my bet. Would prefer Rowe.

Wont be Rowe as hes been poor in national league this year. Hogg far better bet. That could spell end for Rowe too.

Any other names flying around? Who is this kid Heenan?

They say its a young player? what do they consider young now?

I think Hogg is a better pick than rowe in terms of current ability - think rowe could be a better player but isnt there yet imo.

Actually think Id rather have clapham or a midfielder over Hogg or Rowe

So if it's being posted on the website I guess it's not Messi... I hope they fit the Total Nixball foolosophy!

Is there enough room for both Hogg and Clapham? how many spots do they have open?

Will only be 1. I hope Clapham.. Will bring that spark we need

Pretty confident it's Hogg. If so I will be quietly proud of myself for breaking this rumour a couple of weeks ago.

They need 1 to get to the minimum 20. At the moment we have 21 with McMaster as injury cover for Moss and Pantelis basically gone.

Agree that it would be great if it is a midfielder, I don't know where we would find one though. Not really any NZ/Australians out there  who are better than we already have.

It's not 'breaking' the rumour unless you have a source, it's just speculation.

Hope its Hogg. Will be great seeing us attack from deep and overload players in wide positions. Clapham is a good player but is he really going to change. Herbert needs Hogg for the All Whites to as Lochead is slowly digging a hole.

No press conference, will just be announced on the website it sounds. So rules out anything major really.

They'd have a presser if it was, no?

Hence 'quietly' proud of myself. Had a source but didn't want to get myself fired haha.

If there was a source it wouldn't be a rumour. If there was sauce it would be dinner...

It will definitely be Hogg and I am glad that Ricki has finally relized that Lochead needs the competition

Auckland will rise once more

clapham tweeted something today that sounded like he was still in christchurch so Im ruling him out. Hogg is most probable.
