Could get confusing with Putter and Potty..or is that Putty and Potter?

A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

But Putter isn't in the mix anymore, or at least he's not going to China.

I thought he was going to China (according to a terribly translated article).

His middle name bodes well.

FM09 tells me he would be one of our best players, although not quite as good as Putter (Who is just as good as Shane Smells)

"There are some players that I want to sign, so it's just a matter of getting their signatures, as opposed to trialling them," Herbert said.

"One is a reasonable way along, we've just got to make it work. Hopefully we can because it would be a good signing."

Phoenix chief executive Tony Pignata said it was a case of settling on a price.

There's hope yet!

Why doesnt Terry, list the Nix on the NZX then we can raise some funds, and the fever faithfull can buy som of the clubs shares in little pieces to feel like they really do own a part of the club.

Is he talking about Fernando Morientes? Is available on a free transfer... someone mentioned his name to me the other day.. Whoever it is settling on a price means they are asking for a large salary, meaning it must be a big name...

Or they could just be trying to reach a reasonable wage. They are professional players trying to look out for their livelihood, just like everyone else, and Tony is running a football club under tight wage restrictions.

pagina means page.....but yes it is close......Played for Avai that is now in Serie A albeit last in Serie A. If he played well for them in Serie B then he will definitely be an asset for us, as the Serie B is a very good league in terms of technique.

If that video of him is an accurate representation of what he plays like now, then he would be a good signing for the Nix.

I'd say it would be fairly accurate....since he played for Avai he played in Peru and Saudi, so if all goes well he can do the business for us and I love Brazilians.

Damn right I thought that was a good sign, obviously thinks he is worth a look, fingers crossed.

Quem sabe quantas paginas a gente pode escrever sobre esse assunto!

Just thought I'd put the word pagina into a sentence to get you all excited again!

Yeah, and you can rely on videos to sign players.

with the amount of players Man City are buying and trying to buy they should have some excess players

Yes, videos can be deceptive and many teams make that mistake, Botafogo bought a couple of Argentinians last year based on DVD footage, and jesus christ they were hopelss, one of them was overweight and looked clinically depressed the other one was also overweight and was just a complaining bitch. So yes we must be careful, but hey a trial will solve all those problems....we

Wow he looks the perfect match.
Tall targetman, great eye for goal, and really creative up front which is exactly what we need!! Perfect.

Hopefully the trial goes well and he shows his class because I can see him and greenacre making a really quality partnership up front.. As long as they get service

Maradona?

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Well I just saw till the end of the video and they have some interviews, in one of them the coach of Inter Santa Maria, (now in first division of State Champoionship of Rio Grande Do Sul, where gremio and Internacional are based). said that "if someone is coming up behind to support him 90% of the time its a goal" He holds up the defence really well aka Smeltz...

Could be a really good option....
