Yeah I do, But meh, every now and then and Meow.

Good luck! Reckon you'll still hate them after that bet.
Paying 428 bucks? Didn't know you could place 10 cent bets in NZ.

Tony P said in the other thread last night;

"Sitting at 13,200 pre-sales
Need to add walk up (4,000)  plus corporates and stadium members (2,000) plus any other sales tomorrow. Should break 20,000"

As i understand it, the PAX number includes members/corporates (total approx 4k, of which tony reckons 2k will turn up), meaning that holinone's PAX figure translates to approx 15,600 spectators guaranteed thus far?

Plus tonyp's walk-up estimate of 4k = 19,600 so far.

sales still going so looks like the 20k is done and dusted... hopefully 25+????

I wonder where the 4K walk up estimate comes from, was that the number of walk-ups to the CCM game last week?, if that isn't an already expanded number to premept the finals game - wouldn't a guess of 6-7K be closer to the mark for walkups tomorrow?

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

This PAX thing is all a bit of a mystery!

I got tickets around 10 am on  Monday and the PAX was 1370..after heavy first hour sales to members...

so the PAX can't include memebrs/corporates of around 2000????

Anyway it looks like a big crowd with fine weather coming..can't wait

Judging by Ticketek silver allocations Aisles 14 and 15 are all but full. That leaves Aisles 12 and 13 to sell before silver tickets would need to be allocated out of the "empty quarter", Aisles 2 to 7.

With a Pax of around 18k and stadium / corporates of 2k I'd say 20k is done and dusted.

and whoever made the comment of a walk-up crowd being 6-7k i think you could well be right if the weather is like this, which is apparently supposed to be i think?

creeping towards my ambitious guess of 30,103

Company I work for has a corporate box (which I politely decline for the Nix games), the tickets for are exactly the same as normal match day tickets with the PAX and all, just with a Box number rather than an aisle number. AFAIK the tickets are generated and printed only when the owner decides to open the box for the event in question, this may or may not be as soon as tickets are available (accounting for the low PAX first thing on Monday).

Also for some Nix games, we have all 20 box tickets printed and available, but no one wants to go to the game so half the tickets go unsed (hence Tony P's statement that only half may turn up). Box is completely full for this Sunday though...

There is parking at the stadium directly.

I think it's about $30 for the night though. =|

Depends on how early you get in to Wgtn, but anywhere around the National librabry/Back Bencher (Molesworth St or side roads) is free.  Walk up to the RoF along the concourse (Fran Wilde Walk) is 750 m - a good stretch for the legs.

However as an Aucklander wouldn't you just get your chauffeur to drive around Wgtn for a couple of hours and pick you up afterwards?

Yeah, radio commentary were suggesting that the Rugby Union call of 15k sold yesterday was 'generous'.

For a visiting fan this is one of the highlights of the Nix experience in my opinion, the walk of anticipation along with the regular fans.

Yeah, but I hate walking out after a loss, thankfully haven't had that for ages !! I remember 4-2 loss against Melbourne as a particularly miserable walk back in the rain and wind.

Hell yes!

I was really happy when we made the top 6 but when the top 4 became a reality I so wanted us to get there. Now I just want us to finish higher than GCU. And if we do, I want us to win the finals.

Not much to ask, eh?
