Had no idea .... is it FFA or the new owners on a NZ wide tour or a combination of both...
Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Combo of draw, plus stadium unavailability.
Pah-lease. No other club has that problem, if the stadium is unavailable on a given week, they're given an away game or play a day or 2 before/after. A big part of it is nix management taking games away.
You try selling a wooden spoon winning team in Gosford midfielder and I guarantee you wouldn't get 6500 particularly when they don't play again in Wellington for two months after this game.
claws out..:>)
3000 season ticket holders plus deluded expectants minus stupid start time...6666
A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

The times for the away (home) games are around the choices of dates in those locations.
Christchurch is to kick off cup week and piggy-back on the prmotion of that. Napier is aligned with Under-19s. If you want to maximise revenue you have to chose those wekends if you are determined to play away.
Fuck this stupid game
Ok, I'm wrong then :p.
So we can expect less than 3 games taken away next season? I doubt it, but am happy to reserve judgement until then.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid
1 goal for every 10 degrees variance?..sort of like the old 15 point northerly at Athletic Park(going cross code for brief point in time)
A small town in Europe........looking to bounce straight back up....well that aint going to happen

ive got a song that wont take long, Adelaide are rubbish.. the second verse is same as the first.. ADELAIDE ARE RUBBISH
Season ticket holders get discounts for extra ticket purchases, right? How do I do that - can I buy at the gate or online, or is there some sort of epic f*ckaround with ticketek required?
People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis. You can't trust people.

Does he play keeper then?
Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet
I find it hard to believe that the club/stadium and/or FFA could have worked something out. I know the owners want to make money (fair enough)
BUT, having been a season ticket holder since season one, I have never felt so pissed off with the club. It's the longest off-season in the world (or it sure feels that way) and then they come back to the fans for one week then fuck off til December.
I grudgingly accept that away games in NZ might make some more money but treating the Wellington fan base with a bit more thought in terms of the timing of their infidelity might be something that the owners wan't to think about.
Normally, this close to the start of the season I'd be talking up the club at work, wearing the scarf most days and the shirt on Fridays, tweeting it up etc etc
this season, nah - not until after the December return - if at all.
(and don't expect fans to be rational - we are not)
edited - to put some line spaces in

Phew Tigers, lucky you put those line spaces in - I was worried there!
It's the third game in Auckland that annoys me. Kind of takes away from the 2 months the stadium is out of action as an excuse. It means they find it acceptable that nearly a quarter of games are out of Wellington.
Am I the only one putting Bathurst before the Nix? My excuse though is that I don't live in Wellington otherwise I would watch the race until game time. I will be in Napier though. Ticket already obtained.

It's when you've been soaking too long in a hot tub and got dehydrated, isn't it?

I'm with Tigers all the way...I doubt I'll ever be more than a Nix Six pass holder after years of Full Season Pass.
With all this free to air footy I'm getting this season too, having the Nix as a football proxy is not as important as it once was. I don't expect many forum posters to feel the same, but I do wonder if there are others out there feeling the same.
Is it Sunday yet?

A Holdens favourite race track....best of both worlds..half of Bathurst and all of Nix.
