Take the addressed cards (not the season tickets) into the fever store. You'll get your pack which contains a lanyard.

Well the nice lady i spoke to on the phone from the Phoenix about my benchwarmer pack came and hand-delivered my replacement pack to my work, that was awesome and she had added the membership pack in there as well so I have the pin/keyring/lanyard and all that jazz too.

Shortly later that day the people from my previous address called me saying something arrived, I met them in town and it appears it was my season ticket!  Still a bit confusing though because the phoenix line said they'd "recall and replace" my season ticket, sending it to my new address.  This ticket arrived at my old address (so potentially was the first one lost in the mail another week), but unlike most of those wasn't addressed to Lower Hutt which means its strange that it took so long to get there.

Course it could be the 'resent' one, sent again to my previous address... guess we'll see.  If its the original, part of the recall may be invalidating the old one so I guess I'll see at the game tonight.  I have a paper ticket as well just in case.

Oh yeh and even though I renewed it in the first week possible and they read my correct seat number to me over the phone... the ticket that arrived is for one seat over.  Not a major change sure but again odd that these little details are still coming through wrong.

Still no sign of mine, they have cancelled it now and i'm now waiting on the new one to arrive, they promise me it will be here before the next home game..... Yeah Right.

Yep it seems it was the original, didn't work at the gate said "Ticket not issued" or some such on the turnstile.  So I'm still waiting for mine as well.

2 days after cancelling season tickets with ticketwat so they can send new ones got a phone call today from CLUB saying 1 out 3 had turned up there return to sender, addressed to Lower Hutt instead of Tawa.

Im still waiting with only the info from tony to go on

Still no season pass, two and a half months on from ordering it.

Got mine today.

I ordered mine Monday 18th August and got it yesterday Friday 28th August. Off into shop today to get my "gift pack"

Mine turned up finally - it had been on a tour of Lower Hutt like many others - pity I don't live in the Hutt.

Ordered Mine on the 17th i think got it friday!

10 days! Did some god deliver yours or something cos mine has been about 10 months
