I'm "stoked" with the win.
Oh no... How many times will that be used.
It was a key win though, another nice late winner. Awesome for CT to get a league goal too. I'm going away and am gonna miss the next match, at home to Middlesborough, but hopefully they can pick up the 3 points at home.

Indeed it was. I would probably start all 3 strikers next week, although I could quite easily unconvince myself of that.
Anyway we're looking pretty good, 10 points behind liverpool, so plus 9 points from games we missed and we're 1 behind, and two infront of Chelsea. Still about 18 games left though. And that assumes we'll actually win those 3 games.

OK we signed Tosic and Ljajic from Partizan Belgrade this morning, Tosic joins immediately, while Ljajic who is only 17 is staying in Serbia for another year. Some reckon Tosic, who is a winger, could arrive to replace Nani, who has apparently failed to make a 'Cristiano Ronaldo' like impression. Of course, Ronaldo was fairly average for the first three years or so. Only really starred when we won back the title in 06/07. Just have to be patient with Nani, in my opinion.
Southampton in one cup on Sunday, then Derby next week in the other. Should be two from two in our attempts to go after a lot of trophys this season (I can't be bothered counting them all)>

that was one of the best games i've watched to be honest, awesome play all round. one of the things that most impressed me about the performance was there wasnt much of a hint of a reliance on ronaldo at all, hes still looking to get back to his best but we dominated. player of the match = giggs, no doubt, he was incredible, some of his midfield surges made him look 21 again. well done to evans as well, he stepped up
was impressed with neville aswell, showed hes still got it and more than deserves another contract, the old boys of united showed all the passion and commitment the chelsea olders didnt

that corner thing is really annoying really, its actually an awesome move, and got the goal it deserved, yet because of some incomptetent refereeing everyone knows about it and we didnt even get a goal out of it
Also Ronaldo was called offside when it wasnt offside - which wouldve left him with the keeper to beat, and he scored but not counted

also true, the grass colour showed he was on to

Brown, Rio and Evra all injured and Evans and Tevez are both in doubt.
If Evans is injured probably Alex said he'd have to put Neville at Center Back. Wouldn't you put O-Shea at CB, then Rafael at LB?
Anyway, he also says, "James Chester" from reserves may be used.

just wondering what you lot reckon about the lad??
if he does as well as Fraizer C did for us, I'll be delighted
I'm excited - but as a Hull fan I'm still getting used to the the novelty of signing prem team's reserves
Yeah Manucho would possibly be the total opposite of Frazier.
He's a big strong bloke, personally the couple of times I've seen him play he looks kinda clumsy and missed a couple of sitters, but he scored a lot of goals wherever he's played in the past. He was Quiroz's signing so I'm not surprised that Fergie let him go out on loan. Interesting to see how he goes though, hope he nets a few.
As for Bolton tomorrow, if we are without CT then I wonder if Welbeck's in line for a call up, or maybe we'll play Park, Ronaldo and Nani behind Berbatov. Neville at CB would be OK, as long as he wasn't marking someone really big, Drogba or Crouch. I suppose Davies might fall into that cateory if we are not carefull.
Last season at the Reebok we lost 1nil, Anelka scored for them.

Top of the league, good for the confidence and great to see another clean sheet even with a reshuffled defence. looks like jaaskaleinen made a few good saves. Berbatov proves his worth but was set up nicely by Tevez. Hope we re-sign him.
