Both penalties were most certainly correct, and anyone arguing with the red card should really start following another sport.

Find another sport Michael.

Three for me, and two for them.

I get pissed off when that gets red but blatant foot trips on players who re on their way to the box doesn't.

And I said both penalties were fair.

Write to FIFA to get them to change the laws of the game.

Maybe he could support the New York Yankees, or the LA Lakers?

Basketball = Only Sport Worse than netball (to watch)
Baseball = Waste of time.

Could I suggest you support the American rugby team? They haven't won much in a while.

He's feisty today!

I think he's taking the manure ribbing just a tad too personal. We all give each other grief about our respective teams of support, Michael just has to learn to let it go over his head. Perhaps supporting someone like Ipswich Town might tem him some humlity and appreciation rather than going in and supporting a successful club from the word go - unless of course he was born in Manchester. Actually they won the Shield competition at the 2008 Dubai Sevens.

I thought it was a sending off. anyway definately a free kick, and unless vidic was standing in the right spot for it, it was 3-1 anyway. Game over.

The smile works Michael. we are all very passionate and that is a good thing. Sometimes we just have to let the remark go over our heads. Us balding fellas find that easier.

TV 3 just mentioned this was Man United worst home feat since that New Years day visit from QPR. We got a mention, we got a mention!! lalaalaala

Michael wrote:
Worst game ever. It ended after Vidic's ridiculous sending off.

Liverpool didn't win, United lost.

I don't think there was 4-1 in the game. Liverpool wanted to win more than United.
The stats are sure not the same as the score suggests.
United 17 shots to 5 on goal.
United 10 corners to 3
United 55% possession to 45%

The big differance was that there were no Liverpool players that had a poor game. United by contrast had at least 5 players that did not play to their usual standard.
However, the battle may have been lost, but United will still win the league.

Can you recall that day LG? What was it like? Is it one of those memories where you remember every minute and minuscule detail as if you are reliving it right now in your mind? Did your hair spontaneously combust out of excitement and delirium?

OI! Two things LG.

1. I'M A GOONER. NOT A MANC.

2. I was being serious. How awesome was it as QPR fan to witness that? I mean i remember beating United at OT a few years back 1-0 and that was amazing. 4-1 must be something else.

Three for me, and two for them.

Sorry Buffon, I took your remarks as being defensive in nature as if a Man U fan. Yes 4-1 at Old T is a rare feet and one to be savoured. Many a time they have nailed our arses (Sorry about that pun too!) there. Friggen fortress that place.

It is not a question of touching a nerve. No team is unbeatable. Who has won the ELP the most times. QPR will never win it?

Certainly not with their current squad for sure. But then Sir Alex also hard to start somewhere and build. he built long term and the then United board saw that and gave him a few seasons to prove it.

They are also the reigning Olympic champions, although that was a while back.

Anyway, best team won the game. At least we should still take the league unless something really goes wrong.
I think the respective league positions has easied the ribbing I might have otherwise recieved, either that or my mates are enjoying watching me wait for them to say something.

I don't my any means think that United was better, United play like sh*t, and thats what I'm sad about.

And Vidic was defiantly a red, what a dumb ass tackle.

That had to hurt. 2 "reds" (Sorry about the bad pun)?? I cant wait to watch the replay to see if they were warrented. I think you still have enough to take it though.

If I were you I'd only be laughing when the trophies on the bus home.

Anyway, Scholes' was an obvious sending off. Rooney's, however, I can't agree with. If he wanted to hit the ref with the ball he'd of kicked it at him. (reference, this is old but meh) And lets face it, Scholes is the only one on the park who is half decent a netball.

Oh, and time to throw Park in the bin, I think we've got enough Asian merchandise sales out of him.Michael2009-03-25 19:28:24
