Awful performance in the cup. At least it wasnt in a competition that Matas.
Really looking forward to Mata signing, will make an amazing front four with Rooney RVP and Januzaj/Nani. Not worried at all about playing him in wide areas as he played there as much as he has played AM when at Chelsea.
Now sign 1 (or even 2) CMs like we have needed since Scholes left and the future looks bright.
Vidal, Gundogan and Kroos would be excellent but even Bender or Matuidi could do the job with Carrick and Fletch. Just someone who can be defensively sound so the front 4 can do their jobs.
Moyes also needs to put his foot down and stop playing those out of form (Valencia, Cleverly, Young, Chicharito...)

Here's the actual audio of the police call:
Police receptionist: "Your'e on the 999 police line. Is there any crime you need to report to the police this evening?"
Caller: "Yeah, a crime, I'll report a crime."
Police receptionist: "What crime is that?"
Caller: "The crime is that Manchester United were absolutely knackered..."

Would be pretty sweet to go into a thread and actually read some discussion instead of the likes of "Arsenal" just posting complete drivel 90% of the time.

And before you post it, your predictable response isn't funny

Only 90% of the time?

I understand your love of trolling. But honestly, its not actually funny and its not banter.

I agree, over the years this clown has always said it is banter but it is pretty juvenile.

If Leggy agrees with you, you know you're doing it wrong. ..

Matt Busby was Utd's manager when I became a supporter.

Yeah, but you're old.

That's right Buff, but you were still at primary school when Arsenal last won anything.

Haha, high school actually.

So according to you in 2005 you were at high school, then there is a chance you were at primary in 2001.

Ugh, you're tiresome.

Correct there's a chance. But you're wrong. Sorry, move on pal.

havent seen the cardiff game or read any reports but saw starting line up. Playing 4411 with Giggs and Jones as central midfield? is that how it panned out? oh please.

Jones was pants and Giggs was not a lot better. First 10 mins I thought we were heading for a 5-0 but took the foot off the pedal.
A good 3 points and even better RVP and Rooney( later on) on the pitch. Mata looked like he needed that game. He is class but his passing was a bit rusty.
Looks like there will more than likely be a new leader in the league by  tomorrow.

Ha ah, wonder if he could he be turned into a central defender, a player he never was?

Charlie Charlie, Charlie- Charlie...

In full schadenfreude mode this morning, loving this ManUtd streak....

Not bloody STOKED at all!
Playing 442 and trying to put crosses into their big units in defence?
Mata as a winger in a 442 with carrick partnered by cleverly in midfield?
Now injuries in defence.
This article hits on another concern -does moyes actually have a plan?

Defense is clearly the issue. Fellaini was great last year dunno what happened to him.

Last year the first choice backline was Raphael Rio Evans Evra ( vidic injured ). I don't think that backline has played since moyes came in.
Clearly it was in need of planned reinforcement but to me smalling. Buttner not the answer and jones needs to play just the central defender position and be brought along.

Well Rio would not make any A League side. Smalling , Buttner and Jones are just not good enough.

no surprise. absolutely sterling shift. at least it's sorted early.

No doubt about that-- we are not on the same page this season. Will be very lucky to make the top 4.

Just watching the Man Utd vs Fulham game (1-0 to Fulham after 30 mins) and was wondering why Ashley Young doesn't run down the left wing, cut back onto his right foot and then hit a cross that either hits the first defender or flies over all the striker's heads and is headed away by the opposition left back?

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Naive tactics: 80 crosses when u have RVP and Rooney loving the ball at their feet.
Also mata playing as a winger and two essentially defensive CMS in a 442. Clueless.
