You're not a gunner until you've had a '3 week' injury!

Hey guys, I'd encourage those can make it to go to the Phoenix Legends game on Saturday. The cause is for William Bridge who is suffering from stomach cancer. William is one of us and the opposition team will be called William Bridge Gunners. Get along and support a fellow Gooner.

G4L how do you know Will? I worked with him at WCC & enjoyed a few seasons with him at Johnsonvilla.

There's also a tournament organised for next weekend, 5 aside, a couple of us from Auckland are flying down for it, and a mate from Melbourne even!

A friend of mine who is also friends with Will is playing in the opposition team. He put a message of support on his facebook page last night. I'll try and copy and paste it later

That side might be without Evans given the spitting debacle that's unfolding.

Just saw that Evans is out for 6 games, I'm guessing the FA Cup tie with us will be the first?

I'm really struggling to pick our team at the moment, maybe this:

               Ospina

Bellerin Per Kosc Gibbs

           Coquellin

Sanchez Ramsey Cazorla Ozil

               Giroud

Tough on Webeck, Walcott, and The Ox but we've got to go to United and dominate them.

Dominate and SCORE.....we owned them last time only to score 2-0. Need Alexis and Giroud to be on point

go gunners

A big opportunity for Alexis to get up. Also for Ozil to prove he doesn't go missing in big games. Coquellin last played OT during the 8-2, where I always thought he did himself proud, it was the other's who were poor.

Haven't won there since 2006. United always seem to spoil our party. I'm just not confident unfortunately.

Lineups out, some interesting selections, Ospina not in the squad, Giroud on the bench;

                     Szczesny

Bellerin-Mertesacker-Koscielny-Gibbs

               Coquelin-Cazorla

      Chamberlain-Ozil-Sanchez

                      Welbeck

Wenger might be looking at pressing them hard and high with that team. Ox, Welbeck, Sanchez and Ozil make up a very hard-working front four.

ManU;

De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Rojo, Shaw, Blind, Herrera, Fellaini, Di Maria, Young, Rooney.

Guessing it'll be long balls into Fellaini as that seems their most effective way to play (should've kept Moyes!). Big day for Mertesacker in that respect.

That was awesome. I thought wearing Beckham briefs was going to be bad luck. I'm wearing them every away game at United now!

I recorded the game and watched it at 10x speed pausing at the interesting bits. The stress of watching that all the way through would have killed me. I developed this technique to coincide with our inability to hold onto a lead.

Uber that is awesome. I felt much the same this morning. I did my usual trick of watching 5 mins behind so I can fast forward their attacking free kicks and corners - if they score I just carry on fast forwarding until the restart, but if we defend it I rewind back and watch the clearance... wow that sounds a bit mental when i explain it lol

Nah I'm the same. If its low pressure games I will watch the whole thing, but if we fall behind I fast forward unitll we eqaulise or it's game over
