I'm sorry but I swear to fudgeing God if they pick up their first silverware before us by winning the premiers plate in their first season, especially after how close we were last season.

We'd never hear the end of it, ESPECIALLY after derby games

Yeah it decided to change channel on me rather suddenly

Just me or did sky just cut to a shyte tonne of adverts right as a free kick was about to be taken in the Auckland game?

Are streaming? Their apps seems to play ads during games which are not actually in the feed. You can exit out of the stream when they start & re-start it and the ads won't be there.

Good performance from the Aucks. You can’t fault their effort and organization in defense.

Still lacking up front. I like May and despite his final finish you can’t fault Gillion who absolutely works his socks off.

I hope with Morenos goal that he now takes Rogerson’s place up front as that should add a little bit of class and touch that they need,

Big game next week. If they can win that then I think they could be the real thing for the plate and with that defense it would serve them well on the road and they would be hard to chase

13000 crowd not bad for a sharkty day

Auckland will rise once more

Not only 5 wins, but 5 clean sheets at that. Their defense is immense and with the best keeper in the league this team could go all the way. There's still a few tests coming for sure but there aren't too many teams left that I would say are better than them, if any.

Next week is going to be MASSIVE
30 Nov 06:13
Well, deserved result. They were solidly on top the whole time yeh?

30 Nov 06:15
AFC's defence is really strong, built on Paulsen (much like ours was last year). They will be tough to break down.

Queenslander 3x a year.

Not sure who I want to win this, can both City and Wanderers lose this? 0-0

There was contact, so not a dive. He is a great dribbler, like how he takes them on, only needs to improve final pass/ cross and he’ll be chased after

He’s clearly second to the ball, makes sure there’s contact, goes to ground spectacularly, rolls around and doesn’t get up like he’s been shot.

That’s good for a card in my book.

30 Nov 06:28
Good on ya Auckland, glad you won, so now the Nixxx can be  the ones to burst the cleansheet and winning streak bubble.

Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet

You absolutely can fault Gillion in that his final pass or shot has been lacking at least a dozen times already this season. Does great to put himself in positions to deliver a telling ball or finish but that is where his quality deserts him. Apart from his pass today that May was extremely unlucky not to score from with that freak deflection from the keeper that he knew nothing about from point blank range, has he made a good final pass this season?

WSW go up 2-0

Antonsson with a good goal

Do they just not defend?

4-3 to MacArthur now after a seesaw game

Why couldn't Macarthur do this last week 🙄

C'mon Western! 0-0

Gotta say I am a bit jealous that Western's pinstripes are done well cuz our aren't.

Machach smashes one home for the Victory, 0-1

Botic equalises, 1-1
01 Dec 05:59
Western really need to get their own stadium. I get why they take derbies to aami, however a melbourne derby there will always feel like a home game for Victory.

That goes for city too

Vic Police makes Western play all their derby games in AAMI. Playing here isn't their choice.

Bruno subbed on and scores seconds later, 1-3

Victory win, booooooooooooo. 1-3

Shaping up to be us, Auckland, Victory and Sydney in the top 4 at this stage. Adelaide have played everyone in the bottom half.

Well Sydney's wins have been against bottom half teams. 2 against WSW though. The wheels will come off Sydney's challenge. They have the quality for a top 2 finish but I'll never rate Talay as a coach. The best thing about Talay is that he delivered us Chiefy.
Sydney may make top 6 but I doubt it. As soon as Talay's first choice starting line stops clicking, he doesn't have a clue how to make changes. And it's inevitable.
05 Dec 00:59
Talay is not a bad coach, but on a good day Italiano is a better coach.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Didn't we use to say the best thing about Marko is he delivered us Uffie?

It's pretty early to be forecasting, a top 4.
After 5 rounds last season, CCM were 1W & 4L.

Someone else could easier go on a form run like they did last season. I wouldn't be ruling out say a WSW from doing just that. I rate Stajčić

Yes I reckon Stajcic is underrated. Flies under the radar. His work with the Matildas was remarkable.

Maybe WSW should have just signed Max ...

Roar vs City tonight. Roar are not great but neither are City, I think the Roar picks up their first win tonight.
06 Dec 08:37
City open the scoring after 52 seconds .... 0-1
06 Dec 08:46
Beach would scare the eff out of me if I was a City fan. 0-1
06 Dec 08:55
Beach almost gets City into trouble but somehow doesn't concede and City go up the other end and score. Roar's defence is a shambles. 0-2
06 Dec 17:59
Ended 1-4. Brisbane are so bad.

Jets 0:1 Adelaide, WU 0:0 MAC

Is it just me or has the league massively lost talent? Most games seem a bit slower than in years past and technically it's not as good. I might be wrong though.

I'd go as far as to say the bottom 5 teams are trash, have nothing going for them, not even any stand out players.

Who got sent off for Sydney, and why?
