Yeah I wouldn't be trusting Transfer Market for correct information.

EDIT: In fact I see it has already been edited since your post. Now only the two confirmed off contract players are showing

Even Wikipedia would be more reliable than Transfer Market https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_United_FC#First_team_squad

They are really doing a good job of making themselves the most detestable club in the league. They face some stiff competition there too.

Only thing missing is not having Muscat as their coach.

You’d think A League is higher level than Championship in Scotland. Age 35.

Hasn’t he got a reputation as being a bit “unlikeable”?

Couldn’t score a goal for Socceroos in about 20-30 games from memory.

But yes scored buckets in Scotland over the years.

I didn't make any judgement on the relative merits of either league, nor did I imply it. I said he'd played well for us. He's been playing well and says he's got his love for the game back.

Seems to have popular enough with our squad, I didn't hear anything worrying about him. I know he doesn't 'do' pre-season though, which is interesting. Whether he succeeds in the A League remains to be seen, probably a good option to have on the bench for them.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Except for the minor point that Sydney is on the east coast and Melbourne is on the south coast of Australia.

We need to get Wharf into the A-league and have them re-brand as Western Wellington.
