I must be batch 16 cos not foundation card for me when i should of had one. Never mind as this is first issue ever with membership cards in fours years for me and is not a show stopper!

The Ode worked!!

Passes arrived yesterday, correct seats (stands), address..............everything!

Nostalgia isnt what it used to be...........

It seems many of us are in the "batch 16" group. My season ticket arrived yeasterday and mine is wrong, should have been foundation!

Mine arrived. But I should have got one of the 'inaugural member' black ones. Instead I have Tim Brown staring back at me.

Looking forward to the long and fustrating phone call with Ticketek to try and sort it.

Likewise, and irritated as much correspondence was undertaken to get it sorted and confirmed. Have emailed asking what story is.

With the way they do things im picking we will probably end up with everyone having foundation member passes.Which will please many.

Wrong. They will just reissue those who have Foundation Membership marked in their account, which would be the people that should have received black cards.

Got my season pass   But it's not a foundation one as it should be

Our three passes arrived. Only the student one was correctly printed with foundation member. The other two were incorrectly missing that attribute.
 
Spoke to Ticketek. They said replacement passes will automatically be sent to all, hopefully before first home match but not necessarily in time. In that case, use the passes received for entry.
 
One benefit to foundation membership was some kind of lounge access? I hadn't picked up on this, but she said they're looking into options to make that work if replacement foundation passes weren't out in time.

I presume I had to say "hey I'm a foundation member" when I called to get this season's ticket? I'm not particularly bothered either way to be honest, my season pass arrived so I can attend games.

I changed this year from a single membership to a family pass. My credit card got charged for the family pass amount several weeks ago.

I've received one pass, for my same seat number, correctly a black foundation one, and correctly marked "family". So, I don't know what seat numbers the rest of the family pass are. Can someone who had a family pass last season tell me what I should have received, before I try ringing the membership line?

Wow, this batch 16 must have been pretty big. It struck me as well.
Trying to avoid angsting over it though. At least I have a pass in time for game 1, which is an improvement on Seasons 1 + 2.
I'll save my angst for the fridge magnet.

i gave up on getting a season ticket after too many hassles with ticketek over the years. now i just get my mates to deal with ticketek and buy tickets week by week it may work out a little more expensive over the whole season but i honestly cannot be bothered buying anything from ticketek after the sh*t i went through over 3 different seasons getting my passes.

Here's an update I got direct from the Phoenix after I chased up via email my wrong type of season pass.

They mentioned that a batch had been incorrectly printed and then said:

"these cards are being re-issued today and should be with you by the end of the week"

Here's hoping! :)

Last week. Did you order early? Probably no need to panic yet but fire off an enquiry a week before the first home game.

pretty much what I got told this morning, sounds like they've been saying it all day. If my ticket hasn't arrived by Friday I'll be on the phone again.

If it's a family pass, everyone in the family should receive one. Maybe since your's would've been the only foundation one then the rest are just running late?

No season pass in the mail today... Ordered on 29th July 

Been on hold on the membership line now for over 20 mins!!

no passes arrived here - rang the membership line and they say they expect to have all outstanding season memberships mailed out this weekend

Mine have not yet arrived. So I just called the membership hotline. After a 20+ minute wait, Ticketek's best employee in the world, Brenda, answered the phone. It's the third time I have spoken to Brenda, and each time she has been polite, helpful, well informed, has listened well to what I have to say... she rocks.
 
So, apparently Ticetek's boss has leant on the card company heavily this morning. The Card company apparently sent out the final batches on Friday and this morning. So, Brenda reckons we should receive our outstanding season membership cards this week. She said they are waiting  for "a big spreadsheet" from the card company so that they can see what is happening with each particular order, because at the moment they cannot look up what the status of each order is...
 
She said that Ticketek were currently "setting up and event in their system" so that if our cards do not arrive by Thursday we can call the membership hotline on Thursday and they will be able to create and email us easy tickets which we can then print out.
 
I was pretty pleased with this as I have a yacht race across Cook Strait this weekend and will bot be back until JUST before the game and will want to be able to jump off the boat and go straight to the ground, so I want everything foolproof.
 
So, hopefully they arrive this week, and if not easytickets on Thursday.

Just got same message ... but given til Thursday ... or they will print paper passes. Not good enough Ticketek, or whoever the card printing company is.
 
We paid you $513 dollars on 19 July!!!
